We are a working farm and holiday park above Monkstone beach and within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. There is a small young team here full time.

We are looking for one or two people to help on the farm and park. You will be required to do a variety of jobs including working with the team, helping with farm work especially lambing, helping with feeding animals, gardening, cleaning and D.I.Y. Overall you need to be enthusiastic, motivated and use your initiative. We will provide everything so you will be happy and can enjoy your time here. Its a great place!!!

Visiting Pembrokeshire and in particular staying here would suit people who enjoy the outdoors, nature, hiking, water sports etc. There is so much to do in the surrounding area.

My name is Teresa and I own and run Treseissyllt Farm on the Pembrokeshire coast.
I grew up in Wales and after university, lived and worked in London for a number of years. During that time I travelled extensively to many parts of the world.
I returned to Wales to renovate the house and farm twelve years ago.

THE AREA
The farm is situated on the coast in the amazing PEMBROKESHIRE NATIONAL PARK between Fishguard and the small city of St. Davids with its ancient cathedral.
There is direct access to the beach, cliffs and the world-famous coastal path.

There are lots of activities nearby which include hiking, swimming, surfing, kayaking, music, photography and arts and crafts to name but a few.

THE FARM
Treseissyllt is a small (20 hectares/50 acres) traditional farm with a flock of Welsh pedigree sheep, 3 horses and a foal.

CAMPSITE.
We have a "nearly wild" campsite in a very large field with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside and the ocean. It... more inside

Next place available is last few days of August and September for one month minimum.
Welcome to wales. Ex traveller now a host. Stay in a farmhouse surrounded by nature, and help to look after and walk Sled dogs and Sheep dogs.
You can also learn about dog training, handling and grooming, if you want too.

This is a peaceful and secluded farm in the Welsh countryside ( with WiFi ), a quiet place to get away from it all, maybe do some meditation and get in touch with nature.
Dog Training, Dog Handler training, Rehabilitating aggressive dogs, and Sheepdog training are some of the things that happen here.

The work is cleaning kennels, refreshing water bowls, walking the dogs 2 times a day. First in the morning, and again in the afternoon, and then letting the dogs out for a wee last thing each night just before bedtime. A little help around the farm and in the house if needed.

4 hours of work/walking dogs a day maximum - 2 hours in the morning, and 1 1/2 hours in the aft... more inside

We have a lovely small holding which is half broadleaved woodland, half pasture, with a stream running right by the house, 2 ponds, large veggie garden, orchard, greenhouse, sheep and dogs! (See photos below of a 2011 help-xer with one of our lambs and 2013 help-xers cleaning out the pond!)

We would like help with woodland management, gardening, preparation and maintenance of grazing land, weeding, planting, harvesting, general maintenance, perhaps light decorating, ironing when it's raining....and whatever crops up! There may occasionally be some work with our sheep and sometimes looking after our adorable dogs! We expect some help around the house such as washing up after dinner and perhaps cooking the occasional meal.

We offer accommodation in a refurbished 16th century cottage which is connected to the main house (see photo of room below). This will mean help-xers have their own sleeping & bathroom area tho' occasionally we may have other guests staying. You will s... more inside

Accommodation is a very nice flat on the farmyard. We are one mile from the bus stop at Aberarth, and three miles from Aberaeron, lifts are offered into town when we go.
There are many coastal footpaths in the area much enjoyed by our helpers.

Creating Welhealth Co-op Farm, Middle of North Wales, next to Snowdonia.
A low carbon vegan off grid stockfree Agroforestry Forest Garden Farm orchard of 7 acres in the highlands of Central North Wales at 1,000 ft altitude. Started 1997, in our apple and pear breeding program since the year 2000 we have developed 24 of our own varieties of apples and 6 of our own varieties of pears. Also our own variety of Hazel. We grow Robert Harts original Blackcurrants and Redcurrants that we received from him as cuttings. We operate a Forest garden nursery on a gift economy basis supplying the choicest and most abundantly fruiting and local varieties.

Harry Mather, Robert Hart, Dick Kitto and Kathleen Jannaway were among the founder members of this 90's pioneering transition to moneyless gift economy cooperative. We have Robert Harts redcurrant bushes and blackcurrants growing here and supply them from the nursery.

Located next to the mountains of Snowdonia, situated in a beautiful lit... more inside

This is a quirky home set in a 19th century church in the mountain village of Capel Curig in Snowdonia National Park. The property is divided into two homes and the main house is let out to self catering groups.

Travellers can enjoy fantastic hiking, climbing and mountain biking in the surrounding countryside and when at home they can chill in a lovely space and occasionally go in the hot tub or play table tennis or pool beneath a fabulous 19th century mosaic ceiling? The church is right in the middle of the Snowdonia's mountains so is a great place to stay in exchange for help!

I am looking for someone to help out approx 30 hours per week; the main jobs will be cleaning rooms, ironing, washing, cooking, dog walking etc.. but my partner is a photographer and occasionally needs an assistant on a job. Occasionally we have noisy groups in and this can be annoying.

Obviously its also a family home, with all the toys, pets and friends that that involves. You are likely to be ... more inside

Our farm is a small, busy 23 acre organic family farm. We grow vegetables, fruit, herbs and flowers that we sell directly at two local farmers markets, through our box scheme and to local pubs, shops and restaurants.

The farm is run by myself Nathan and my wife Alicia, along with the help of my mother Muriel who lives with us. We have two daughters, 4 cows and a small menagerie of cats, chickens and a dog, who along with the children are more or less helpful at any given time!

Where we farm is stunningly beautiful but quite remote. The farm is situated in the small hamlet of Llwyndafydd, with views of farmland across the coombe. Cymtydu beach is just over a mile’s walk down a beautiful country lane, with easy access to Cardigan Bay’s protected heritage coastline and coastal path. Lonely Planet has named Coastal Wales the 'Best Region on Earth' to visit in 2012.
We have a very active Facebook page, where we post loads of photo's and stories of our farming life here on the 'w... more inside
