We currently have free space from 26th June until 15th July for a couple or a single female. We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children, two boys aged 8, and 5 and a half years old, and a new baby girl born in June 2018. We have one dog, a guinea pig and a rabbit. We live on a beautiful piece of land about 20 minutes drive from Galway City and just on the doorstep of the gateway to Connemara, which is a very popular destination for anyone wanting to see the beauty of Ireland. We home-school our children, following the unschooling method in particular. Our daily routine consists of all the normal domestic chores around meals, feeding the animals, doing the shopping and also lots of adventure, play and fun. Currently we are building our house, which is a rennovation of an old Irish cottage. There are woods, mountains and beautiful gardens all in close proximity to us and we try to get out as often as we can. Less than 5 minutes walk from our home is a regular bus service, w... more inside

We are a hostel and guesthouse in Waterford city in the sunny south-east of Ireland and we are looking for volunteers to stay for 1 month starting at various times over the next 4 months.

We are living of grid on a 10 acre piece of land, surrounded by the mountains of Cork and Kerry. There are different kinds of areas on different heights on the Tir na Beo. Woodland areas, bog land bits and various types of little fields and gardens. The Gougane Barra National Park and the Lee Valley with the beautiful chain of lakes forming Lough Allua are close by. This is a very rural area and the nearest village is about 5 km away. The distance to the west coast is about 25 km.

History, Philosophy, Life and Plans:
We are inspired by people who live and work on their own land self-sufficient and in harmony with nature. Being more healthy and happy. Eating good organic food is also essential for our way of living. To us this kind of life is perfect to reveal our potentials.
We are preserving and restoring nature ongoing every year in little steps and we would like to share and enjoy this land and this beautiful area with other people in a scattered community setting with sense... more inside
