We are a small family of three: Robert, Ivy and our two year old son. Ivy is a Nurse Practitioner and Robert works in the office of a local painting contractor. We have a couple of extra bedrooms with a private bathroom at our house in Kahului. Our house is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with a bus stop nearby and access to the main highways that go around Maui. Kahului is the main town on Maui and is where the shopping and major businesses are.

We are working "professionals" but are very chill and easy going. We like meeting new people and doing things together on the weekends when we`re not working. Nature is our favorite place to be so a hike to some waterfalls in the Bamboo Forest, snorkeling with the turtles at Napili, or just hanging out at Little Beach for the drum circle on Sundays are some of our favorite activities.

We are looking for some help with our household in exchange for a room and some board (breakfast). The household tasks are cleaning and coo... more inside

LOOKING FOR HELPERS DURING MONTH OF APRIL, 2019

We have a small bed and breakfast on a five acre macadamia nut and coffee farm and a wide variety of organic tropical fruit trees. It's a beautiful farm set in a beautiful location not far from great swimming and snorkeling. I think you would enjoy meeting our guests from around the world. It's very peaceful here at the Beautiful Edge of the World. Many people say that our location has the best weather in Hawaii, some say we have the best weather in the world. Seldom too hot, never too cold, seldom too wet, never too dry.

We would be happy to have help with the bed and breakfast and also with some farming and --perhaps some coffee and macadamia nut harvesting and some help with pruning. It is presently the coffee harvest season, and it is always the bed and breakfast season. Nice mix, I think. We'll make sure you have plenty of chances to experience the magic of the Big Island of Hawaii as well. Besides accommodation, we gi... more inside

Our mission: To establish, maintain and grow a tropical park-like sustainable garden.

This is a five acre macadamia nut farm in the Honaunau District just South of Captain Cook, Hawaii.

Intellectuals are welcome but expect physical exertion much of the time. Pick nuts or pul... more inside
