RIGHT NOW I`M LOOKING FOR SOMEBODY TO START HELPING ME in 2019-2020! I`M ALSO PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME.
Vegan and vegetarian friendly!

Hi my name is Bruce.
I`m wondering if you would be interested in helping someone like myself. By the previous sentence I mean someone who is charming, wonderful, engaging, intelligent and shy. I broke my neck when I was 18 years old and have been in a wheelchair ever since. After breaking my neck I went back to school and received a couple of degrees. I`m looking for someone who is energetic, intelligent and ready to take on a challenge. It`s important to me that whomever I choose has good sense humor and can understand sarcasm. I`m also a liberal and I am concerned about politics along with many other things. If you`d like to know more about me and what assisting me entails I would be happy to provide you with that information :) by the way I live 28 miles East of San Francisco in a town called Walnut Creek. The current household schedule will be discussed during our video chat.
We are vegetarian and our home is basic and comfortable. Our home is non-smoking.

* March 31, 2020 UPDATE *

We are currently not accepting helpers as we are abiding by the shelter in place protocols for the Covid outbreak.

Hope this all settles soon,

Stay safe & be well!

*********************************************

We are a small organic family run farm in Aptos, California since 1978. We are only a couple miles from the coast, located between San Francisco and Monterey. We grow organic kiwi fruit, have a small herd of dairy goats, bees for pollination, as well as other farm animals and livestock.
We need help with general farming and maintenance, caring for livestock, pruning our vineyard in January/February, thinning in July, and harvest in late November. Helpers can stay in our remodeled barn. Non-Smokers only. No pets. Depending on time of year, helpers can work from 10-20 hours weekly. Helping less than 2 hours daily, we provide housing only. Helpers are expected to be tidy and respectful. We have very limited internet.

Due to the "shelter in place" order placed on San Francisco and now all of California, we will be suspending our helpx listing and the ability to take on volunteers at the present time, while the world tackles flattening the curve on Covid-19. The order is in place until April 30th, 2020 and could be extended or adjusted at any time. Please do take good care of each other and follow the recommendations and guidelines specified by your countries CDC or health department.

Hello!
We are a young couple that recently purchased our house and would love some help making it feel like home.

We traveled for months with the help of helpx and absolutely fell in love with the culture exchange. We had a wonderful experience and want to be able to pass that forward.

Looking for volunteers to help with things like gardening and painting.

You will have your own private space in the guest house in the backyard. If you need any tips of how to get around on your time off, and where to travel, we are always happy to give suggestions and show you around when the timing works out! The Bay Area is a beautiful, open place to explore for all ages.

To understand our home, watch this video of one of our guests that planned a solo weekend trip, stayed with us, and then had his little trip spontaneously transform into a three week group roadtrip, all because of the amazing community we create in our space: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIuXpuV7NQc&feature=youtu.be&fbclid=IwAR3ypSzh-_5_ZH9NrA4w57dcVWR0GHn03XnMd0c_K0Sg82fB5OyM5CR4jlA
