Nestled in the coastal range of Mendocino County, California (about 45 minutes west of Ukiah) we are establishing a small farm and wildlife sanctuary.† Based on principles of sustainability & permaculture our expanding ridge top garden consists of a variety of fruits, veggies, herbs and flowers.† Aside from garden tasks additional projects may include gathering seaweed and other native wild foods, cooking, canning, fermenting foods, making herbal preparations, habitat restoration, brush and trail clearing, small scale green building and learning how to build and maintain an off grid infrastructure and solar system.

Our homestead is remote.† We are currently looking for physically fit self-starters† who are open minded, love to be outdoors, want to unplug and would enjoy the serenity of a mountain forest.† We require a 1 month minimum stay.† If you have ever thought you might like to homestead or purchase raw land then our farm would be a good place to visit.† If you are looking f... more inside

Come help our family in Seattle. I am currently recruiting for help this fall starting in late August.

Seattle is a wonderful city to use a base for exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest! We live in the University district in Seattle. We are very close to the Burke-Gilman trail and the University of Washington. Our house is within walking distance of parks, grocery stores, and public transportation like the buses and the light rail.

We are always looking for helping hands to help us with the dogs, the kids, the house, the yard, the summertime garden, and the busy life that comes with this stage of life. We are a family of two adults and three children. We also have two dogs, ages 11 and 12 (almost 13). During the school year, the kids are in school, and during the summer, the kids go to day camps.

We host throughout the year. There are always plenty of things to do around here. Itís nice to have another person around (in & out of the house) to keep our two dogs company... more inside

Historic inn transitioning to monthly rental studios, in small town on the Mendocino Coast, 3 hours north of San Francisco. We need help with maintenance and buiding projects. Day-to-day operations may include any of the following: cleaning, painting, gardening. Special projects may include construction, plumbing, electrical, and painting. Special consideration will be given to helpers who have construction skills. I am also designing tiny houses, and plan to start building this winter.

No TV, but we have WIFI. We have organic kitchen gardens as well as ornamental grounds.

No pets, drugs or smoking. Non-drinkers, or moderate drinkers welcome. Most important, NON-SMOKERS ONLY -we have guests who are very sensitive to smoke. It is not enough to smoke away from the premises, smoke clings to clothing and hair, and lingers in common areas even if smokers were just rushing through.

In exchange for 25 hrs/week (with at least 2 days off each week) we provide lodging and v... more inside

RIGHT NOW I`M LOOKING FOR SOMEBODY TO START HELPING ME in 2019-2020! I`M ALSO PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME.
Vegan and vegetarian friendly!

Hi my name is Bruce.
I`m wondering if you would be interested in helping someone like myself. By the previous sentence I mean someone who is charming, wonderful, engaging, intelligent and shy. I broke my neck when I was 18 years old and have been in a wheelchair ever since. After breaking my neck I went back to school and received a couple of degrees. I`m looking for someone who is energetic, intelligent and ready to take on a challenge. It`s important to me that whomever I choose has good sense humor and can understand sarcasm. I`m also a liberal and I am concerned about politics along with many other things. If you`d like to know more about me and what assisting me entails I would be happy to provide you with that information :) by the way I live 28 miles East of San Francisco in a town called Walnut Creek.
