Hi!
We welcome volunteers from all corners to help us with our project.

Our beautifully camp is situated in the Mayan jungle of Yucatan, 20 min from the famous ruins of Chichen Itza. We have running water from our cenote/well, solar energy system and jungle wifi to stay connected. We live in harmony with nature but not against technology.

There are many trails through the jungle, great for hiking, biking and birding. Enjoy our watch tower for amazing sun and moon views over the vast jungle, an organic garden, beekeeping and more!

We recently became parents and trying to keep things very relaxed. Our camp is now only receiving a very little amount of people, we advise you to reserve with as much time as possible in advance. Precooked volunteering plans are very attractive to us.

The idea is to keep it not as volunteer camp but more like friends visiting and helping to pay their stay cost.

We have some eco-building projects going on, also ... more inside

Our Hostel is a brand-new Hostel in San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas; Mexico.

We opened our doors back on November 20th, 2012. San Cristobal de Las Casas has been awarded as the Most Magical Village in Mexico for 2011 and 2012, so the city can offer so many different ways to live: culture, arts, music, nature and a great chance to meet people from all around the world and to share experiences.

Our Hostel is just 2 blocks from mainsquare and offer different services in and out the place: hosting, tours, temazcal. Our place is an old big neoclassic arquitecture house, with a beautiful big garden with temazcal (mayan sauna), hammocks and a brand-new terrace with a 360 grades view from the city.

We are looking for 6-8 people to help us in the Hostel with these main activities: reception (welcome guests, take them to their rooms, offer our tours, etc), rooms/beds cleaning, laundry, night shifts, hostel promotion at the bus station, campfire nights, in-place events and the mor... more inside

I have an organic garden on a 20 hectare property near the beautiful fishing village of San Felipe. I have a degree in electrical engineering and I am so self sufficient that I only spend $370.00 USD in 2018 even though, as you will see, my standard of living is quite high. I can cook free of cost for the next decades with four "Herty solar cookers" that connect directly to a solar panel and I make bread, rice, beans and an omelette automatically. I build a concrete house for about the price of a car with my invention "Horsy" which eliminates the need for scaffolding. I control weeds without chemicals using "Gravilla", naturally fertilize with "Popodevaca" and make any crop use 3 times less water using a "Rock Culture". With my "Laminas" invention you can grow food almost anywhere, even on a flat rooftop in the city. See how I made tiles, concrete furniture, a solar oven and a solar water heater. (I can Bluetooth you all my agricultural, engineering and construction notes. Android p... more inside
