Hello, my name is Ahmed and I live and work with my cousin near to the village of Tagounite in the south of Morocco. We have a house and some land where we try to grow dates, and sometimes other vegetables. Our house is located about half an hour by foot from Tagounite, between Tagounite and the desert.

Our hope is to create a garden where we might grow some vegetables, despite the difficult conditions here. We also need help to maintain the palmerie, and in continuing the restoration of the house.

Depending on the time of year help needed might involve harvesting the date fruits, tidying up the palm trees by removing dead leaves and all year round the trees require watering with our traditional irrigation system.

The irrigation system also needs to be maintained, kept clear of the sand and debris which sometimes blows in from the Sahara! We are also trying to extend the irrigation system so that more land can be used to grow things.

We also try to grow vegetables b... more inside

We are a Moroccan-British couple running a small private school in Quartier Al Habouss, Casablanca. The school was opened by Mounir's grandfather in 1961 and services one of the poorest areas in the city. Our little school school is in a very unique location, we are between La grillade (the meat market!) and the king's castle. These places are opposites, one is rich, clean and quiet whilst the other poor, messy and loud. We are right on the border :)

In order to welcome as many children from the quartier as we can, we need volunteers to help us keep us keep our fees as low as possible so we can continue to support the community.

We are looking for French, English, and Spanish speakers. In the summer we also need help with renovating the school, decorating, electric, and painting murals for the children.

We welcome last minute guests!

We live in a large traditional Moroccan apartment above are school and are always happy to show our guests the city, help them to arrang... more inside

My name is Khalid, I`m 35 and I live in Tagounite (65km from Zagora) with my family in a farmhouse that belonged to my father. Life is everywhere here, we have many animals (dogs, cats, donkey, sheep, chickens ...), gardens, growing vegetables, date palms and olive trees as well tamaris.

There is a lot of work to do here and any help will be very helpful. The farm is very large, I have many projects in mind to improve and develop the site but I need motivated people to move forward. The terrain is also very large (5 hectares) perfect for growing vegetables, alfalfa, wheat and date palm.

He`s there potable running water, a sink, toilet and shower and a steam room.

I need manpower and experience in agriculture and the development of my farm, I am open to the concept of permaculture and organic farming. We never use chemicals here. Want to share the good ideas and put it all in place. If you feel motivated you to help me here do not hesitate to write me.

Hello beautiful souls
I`m Maya I live in a tranquil seaside town of Asilah in the North of Morocco
I just moved in this lovely house, I have a large roof terrace overlooking the beach which I need help in transforming into a lovely chilling out area with some art work, a tent, seating area etc... also need a helping hand with internet and around the house.
You will have your own room with shared bathroom and wc, I need about 4/5 hours help daily for 5 days and 2 days off. In your spare time there is a lot to see and do in and around Asilah, we could visit the local medina which is famous for its artwork, murals and paintings, visit the souk and buy fresh local organic produce and cook and eat together or go across to the beach or just sunbath on the roof terrace. There is a train station within easy reach, taxi and buses too, but no CTM buses. There is good internet access and we are smokers but have no pets. Looking forward to hearing from you guys
