Looking ideally for people who want to stay at least a month! But open to shorter stays too - we've had a few excellent weekend helpers!

Please take care to reduce the amount of PLASTIC you bring to the farm. There are no facilities for waste disposal here so we need to keep unrecyclable waste to a minimum. We'd really appreciate it if you don't leave your broken or ripped shoes & clothes behind.

What's happening?

I believe "One School open, means one prison closed"

My Work:-

I have a small place where I have been trying to help with Indian underprivileged and disadvantaged street children for seven years. I am trying my level best with 60 children at the moment. All of them are from the deprived families, who have been living in a huge part of slums in Delhi, where our school (open area without shed) is located. Place called Anand Parvat (West center of Delhi) near Patel Nagar.
I have my family and friends with me in support, and I am very thankful to them, but even individually a person it is not that important for me to take help from someone until or unless I can do my own by god grace. I believe instead of donating money in temples or in religious doors, which is very common in India, it'd be better if I could help directly someone in need. Yes, sometime it makes me feel hard to walk alone, but when I think of my Sikh teacher's dedication & scarification for others, and I'll get ... more inside
