We provide English language immersion programs for Polish professionals as well as young people preparing for their Matura Exam.
Your role there is to be part of a group of English speaking volunteers helping our Polish participants to speak English. Every day will be full of activities, such as one-to-one conversations, group debates or presentations and social time in the evening.

This is an invaluable cultural exchange where every individual will gain new knowledge and make international friends.

Join us for an amazing trip!

To be considered, you must be a native English speaker.

You do not need to have any prior teaching experience!

The accommodation takes place in hotels near Poznan or Warsaw, (depends on dates). You will have a single room, but you might share a room with a native speaker of the same gender for our youth programs.

On the day before our programs begin, there is an afternoon meetup in Poznan or Warsaw, that includes free lunch and drinks.

The name of our permaculture farm consists of two words: "rév", which can be translated to either "ferry" or "haven" and "puszta", which (in Somogy, the area that we live in) refers to "forest pastures". So it may either mean a "way/road towards a pasture", or a "lush safehaven". This meaning is symbolic and appropriate, as our farm is a truly remote one, set in the middle of a picturesque forest, far from the noises of cities, villages or cars. The forest is a national park, so there are no insecticides, pesticides, fungicides or any other harmful substances in use in a very large radius. As such, our farm is ideally located for ecological agriculture and permaculture.

At present our farm is home to 2 cows, a calf, hopefully one more on the way (kárpáti borzderes), 3 dogs (komondor), 4 cats, a paint stallion, an australorp rooster and hens of various breeds, a small flock of indian runner ducklings, thousands of honeybees and us, of course: Anna (24) and David (31).

We are a family of four located in the south foothills of Pirin mountain. A few years ago we started a project of returning to the countryside from the big city with the dream of establishing a community of families and individuals with common values in respect to the nature, the way of raising and educating our children and in sharing our strengths, knowledge, competence, and passions. We are only at the beginning - there is still a lot of work ahead of us and a lot to learn. We use sustainable methods of gardening, we homeschool our kids and we experiment everyday in adapting to this new lifestyle. We need help in establishing new gardens and maintaining the existing ones, renovation and construction around the house, creating a campsite and a common space, creating a website, various smaller for the time being odd projects as soap making, canning or preserving, and of course there is always the household everyday stuff - cooking, cleaning, you name it. All of my life I'm trying to understand how to turn world better, because somewhere inside of me live filling of unity with all sings in universe, and it guides me. The love naturally flow out of it, and fill my life with sense and respect to all. I never stop discovering new things and ready to change my mind. My cherished wish is to see people living together like brothers and sisters, all different, but shining as one rainbow :) As John Lenon said: "You may say that I'm a dreamer But I'm not the only one I hope someday you'll join us And the world will be as one" ;)

For more then 10 years I host some people not sparse than each month, even when I don't know nothing about hospitality clubs :) It's a great pleasure to help someone to fill comfort after a long trip, or to provide an experience of a different style of life. I thing it's totaly natural to share with other people things I have in excess: my spase, time, skills, warm of my heart or smile at least! :)

Hi, I am Cathy and I have been living in Bulgaria since mid-July 2012. I am a very young 75 and live here all year round cooking healthy vegetarian and meat meals for my volunteers, friends and family. I love Bulgaria and the countryside and have no desire or intention of returning to the rat-race!

It is now the 14th December, 2018. I really need a volunteer/housesitter from mid-December to the 11th January and then again from mid-January throughout the winter, until the end of February or March, so I can visit my family in England and to help with chopping wood, starting the pechkas every morning and taking the dogs for long walks from time to time. I don't do it as often as I should...but they do have a large garden to run in so I don't feel guilty! Haha However, if my search is in vain, I would be grateful if someone would come to housesit for me for one week, from the 23rd to the 30th December so I can spend Christmas with my son and his wife in another town. I'm willi... more inside

I've owned the building since 2002 but we just opened it as a hostel for the last 3 years. If interested we can video chat with my fiancé and I about the details. Also I can put you in touch with all the volunteers we have had and they all are like family now. Peace and love.
