Hi,

We live in a sunny, private home in the beautiful suburb Northland. You can walk to the botanic garden in 5-10 minutes or to the city center in around 35 minutes or you can take the bus - the bus station is just 1 minute away.

In return for accomodation, breakfast and dinner we expect 15-20 hours work/week for housework and some babysitting/childcare.
We are a German family with three boys (newborn, 2 years + 5 years).

Because of the children non smokers only please.

Hi there! We are a friendly family of four with two cats. Louise works part time and Trent works in the city. Our kids are 5 and 7 and lots of fun. We enjoy travel and meeting new people, good food, craft beer (Trent is in to home brewing!) and hosting friends. Our kids are also friendly and love meeting new people.

At the moment we need some helpers who love hanging out with kids and can help out with meal preparation as Louise will be away for a week for work. We also would love help with the school fair on November 3, where we are running a fundraising cafe stall and need to bake, serve people and do dishes. It should be lots of fun.

There may also be some odd jobs to do, painting, gardening, building etc. We like to be flexible so helpers can do what they are good at/enjoy doing, so let us know what you are in to!

We would prefer couples or friends who are over 25. We need people who are happy to fit in with out family life and share meals with us (most of the time)... more inside

I am German and have lived in New Zealand for 20 years. My two children live here half the week (4yr and 16yr), which tends to be the more social half of the week (other half I work a lot). We have a Kiwi dog, 6 kiwi chickens and 2 Kiwi guinea pig.

Only five minutes drive from Hutt city, or 20 min to Wellington by train.

We live amidst a very beautiful native bush setting with a small stream running through the property, lots of Fantail, Kererus, Tui and other native birds. Enjoy unlimited access to the bush via walking tracks which go right to the top of the hills above Wainuiomata via fire breaks, or take a quick 20-minute loop walk to work up an appetite before dinner.

Right now I am looking for someone mainly for painting, gardening work and some cleaning. Anyone with woods skills would also be very handy. If you can handle a chainsaw let me know! You must be happy to work if it's raining as most work is outdoors.

The suggested arrangement is for you to work ... more inside

*****Looking for help from 12th November until Christmas, flexible on 1-2 weeks if required******

Come and stay with our family of 5 on our lifestyle block in the leafy suburb of Te Horo, on the Kapiti Coast. We have recently moved back to NZ after travelling extensively for 19 years abroad.

There is some work to do around the property helping with general gardening and clearing the section/maintenance. It is largely manual labour and there is no need for childcare support as we have an Au Pair. Our house can be noisy thanks to our 5yo, 4yo and 11 month old (plus Milo our dog, Sugar our cat and 3 chickens) but we like to laugh and we have a lot of fun. We have a French Au Pair that also lives with us.

In exchange for 25 hours work a week you receive free accommodation (a large room that can either be setup as a King bed or two singles, with ensuite), food for breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided for you to prepare and we have wi-fi available.

Please feel free to ask ... more inside
