Hello and welcome to beautiful Olinda.

***Currently seeking a Helper who can Help prune ornamental, deciduous and fruit trees pruning from ground level.

NOTE: YES I am happy to host experienced garden helpers and carpenters/tradies during this lock down period in Victoria providing you have no Coronavirus symptoms.

There is no free wifi - you will need to use your own data allowance from your SIM card and reception is very good.

I appreciate self-starters and Helpers with initiative, who do not always need to be told what to do and are capable of putting in a full days work. Weeding and garden work is always a go-to if you are waiting instructions. Helpers will sometimes be left to work by themselves as I donít always have time to supervise them. Therefore, Helpers who can help with limited instructions, work unsupervised and independently are essential.

I have accommodation available for a couple or two travelling friends or single male or female helpers and you are... more inside

I have sold my coffee shop after 45 years in the trade and offer helpers the same excellent own room lodging, great food prepared either by my daughter in law or myself, I am handy to Melbourne rail services, I.2 K from the train station with a bus stop to the station 200 meters form the house and a 35 min trip by train to Melbourne.
There is a vehicle to drive locally if appropriately licensed.
I go to the outback via Broken Hill about 3 times a year for an approximate 8 day trip for the purpose of experiencing the beautiful "timeless land"and to legally hunt feral animals which endanger our unique indigenous wildlife.

Many helpers/wwoofers have enjoyed this over the last 25 years but on each occasion the choice is with helper whether they accompany myself or whether they stay and "mind the house"

Duties are tending the garden, general housekeeping, perhaps some cooking, the rest of the time is your own. Help needed can be very flexibly performed and would entail no mor... more inside

Please post photo of yourselves. A lovely home atmosphere. Own room, double bed and couch. Wifi free. I have a large standard male black poodle who loves everyone. You must love dogs. We love to cook, and if you love cooking, sharing experience and recipes, even better. The work here is garden maintenance, pruning and lawn mowing, weeding, and some cleaning in the home. We would like you to feel like weíre a family. If you have a car, there is off street park for you. We eat all foods. But you must put something towards the food you eat. A couple is ideal. Accommodation in return for garden work. You will have time for yourself. We can do the shopping together. I love to have conversations and hear about where you are from. I can help you improve your English, but I need you to be able to speak enough for us to understand. Iíd like a couple, but not two guys. My home is on the Mornington Peninsula within walking distance to beach. Near a lovely village. 1 h... more inside

We are in the fire region that count for 88 days. We have a spray free vegie farm and run an organic delivery service. We are working with many of our local farmers to create this service for our two closest towns.

If you have carpentry skills that would be welcomed as there are plenty of building plans to meet. Any Artists would also be welcomed to leave a personal creation as we intend to set up our land for a silent meditation retreat. There are plenty of koalas and kangaroos for you to see and the bird life is pretty awesome as well. We have a lovely space filled with things to keep you entertained in the down times.
