I live on 2 hectares on the edge of Strathbogie township with four chooks and a rooster. Very beautiful garden with many trees (fruit and nut, exotics and native), vegetable garden and permaculture systems. Echidnas reside .... Koalas often visit .... birds galore.

Needing help right now with veggies, weeding, painting, fencing and more to choose from.

Self-contained accommodation in container-bungalo for single person or couple (see photos)… non-smokers please … children welcome. Meals prepared separately during Pandemic isolation period and then renegotiated, organic wholefood, fresh locally grown (when possible), vegetarian or meat dishes.

I enjoy spending time with people and also time to myself. Wholistic health for myself and all living things, creative & honest expression and a joyful existence are important to me.

There’s beautiful forest and swimming holes nearby. Spectacular Mt. Wombat is five minutes away and bushwalking in the area is special.

A single helper is needed who would like to assist with planting & gardening work, cooking, yard work & general help of which there is a very wide variety dependent on the season. An ability to do simple hand sewing & machine sewing would also be a bonus but is not essential.

I am a retired older man with a well set up one acre permaculture hobby property in the quiet rural surrounds of Daylesford.

This hosting would best suit a helper with a car who is interested in a longer stay & is at ease with animals.
Use of guest bedroom with double bed.

Good WiFi & Telstra Ph coverage.

Please write to me if you feel you are a good fit here & we can exchange more information & arrange a ph talk about the current coronavirus situation and work out a possible stay here.

Preference is given to a helper who is competent at basic cooking & has experience in gardening & vegetable bed care.
