Hi, we are Jane and Dave. We live in a small village in rural Lincolnshire in the East of England where we keep bees, chickens and pigs (pigs only during May-November) and grow fruit and vegetables in our large garden. Have a look at our list of projects below and see if there is something you would enjoy.

Weve travelled a lot ourselves, so its great to welcome people from around the world into our own home. We get the benefit of all the help with the animals, the garden and our various projects and enjoy the company of so many interesting people. Our volunteers seem to be happy too, have a look at our reviews to see if this is a home-stay you would enjoy and please do read our profile fully before you apply.

For 2019 we'd like to welcome couples, small families or single people who really aspire to our values and life style and who would like to help us. We need practical, handy, competent people who can recognise what needs to be done, take the initiative and help to make ... more inside

Hi, my name is Andy and I have been a hosting people for around 6 years on this site and through other organisations. I have been lucky as many of the people who have stayed here have become great friends and have left me with some great memories.

I am a open person who appreciates spending my time with people with a similar outlook on life, people who want to learn more about this strange and wonderful planet we all occupy. I get on with people who care about others and want to learn more about themselves. I have learnt a lot from my time hosting people and this journey continues :-)

I consider myself a well-educated person and believe that life is a continual learning experience, I like listening to the music of most genres, watching a good film, writing, and watching documentaries. I am interested in current affairs, psychology, history, politics, philosophy and technology. I have a good sense of humour, I like to share a joke and tell a story. I like to laugh and of course... more inside
