**It looks like we might have a full team for October but things sometimes change so helpers are welcome to apply. We do have spaces available for the 3 months after that though**

Please read our feedback and you'll be convinced!!

We are a hostel and guesthouse in Waterford city in the sunny south-east of Ireland and we are looking for volunteers to stay for 1 month starting at various times over the next 4 months.
Waterford is the oldest city in Ireland (1100 years old) - it`s an hour and three quarters from both Cork and Dublin and well served by rail and buses. The city itself has lots of festivals and plenty to see and do. Nearby there are some of Ireland`s nicest beaches and surf spots at Tramore and Dunmore East.

The property is currently in operation, as a hostel and guesthouse - we need help with all aspects of the property - cleaning, changing beds, laundry, reception etc. etc. etc. and very importantly, talking and socialising with the guests. Sometimes we also ... more inside

We would appreciate help from German speakers from 16th October 2018
We live in a rural area and have a large garden. Our family has grown up and no longer live at home. There is always work to be done in the garden so people with some gardening experience or people willing to do some weeding or planting are very welcome. At the moment we need someone to help clear a small patch in the garden to prepare it for replanting in Spring. We have a slightly more long-term plan to erect a willow fence and lay some paving slabs. We live in an Irish speaking area but the community here is, of course, bilingual. The area is renowned for its traditional music and dance. We speak fluent English and Irish and some French and German. You will have your own room with every comfort and the house has two bathrooms. The house is big enough to allow you to be part of the family or have privacy if you need it. We would like you to work 4 hours per day, six days a week. There is a regular bus service t... more inside
