TE AWANGA, CAPE KIDNAPPERS
*7/7/18. We are currently looking for some help in the household. Experience with animals and a loving nature is essential along with a good understanding of English. We have a new puppy who requires your attention and looking after each day. There is also some exterior sanding and painting we need your help with. Experience with painting is highly desirable.

We are a well travelled Australian/Kiwi family who love to have international guests. We live in the beautiful coastal village of Te Awanga, close to the beach and surf break, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. Napier, Hastings and Havelock North are all within 20 mins driving and there are cycle ways to access these towns as well. Cycles are available for use but as there is no public transport here, having a vehicle will make things much easier for you.

Our large, one acre garden needs some extra hands for general maintenance. In exchange for 4hrs help with some garden and ... more inside

Located in the beautiful Ruakituri Valley TeTuhi Station is an authentic busy NZ Sheep and Cattle farm. The property boasts rugged hill country, patches of native bush with wild boar and deer, fertile river flats.
The Ruakituri River is world renowned for the beautiful clear rushing water, deep swimming holes and trout fishing.
The Ruakituri is also the gateway to the stunning Urewera Forest National Park, home of the beautiful Waikaremoana Lake.
There is always plenty to do with tasks ranging from helping the shepherds performing animal health tasks, management duties with the sheep and cattle. Weed control backpack spraying and fencing maintenance.
We also have a large number of coloured wild horses which we are wanting to break-in, people keen to be involved in this would ideally stay from the beginning and see a mount through to riding stage.
Ideal helpers would stay for a couple of weeks or longer if desired, be safety conscious and have a passion for the outdoors. We co... more inside

Host would stay in house with family which at times can be busy and lively, but always fun. Looking for a helper with equestrian skills that would enable them to help care for and ride horses. They would also experience a real Kiwi farm and all that entails. Fantastic riding.

Are you looking to Winter in the HAWKES BAY?

Welcome Home. We are a family with two lively young kids living in the Hawkes Bay. Bianca is a 'stay at home' mum. She is passionate about parenting and personal growth and has a love of all things craft. Matt is a self employed landscaper. He has a keen interest in nutrition and well being. Our home is always busy and often we appreciate an extra pair of hands around to lighten the load.

Our home is in Clive which is a wonderfully central location for the Hawkes Bay. The cycle tracks taking you to many locations around the Bay are just a few hundred meters down the road. From here the waterways to explore and appreciate are abundant. The area has excellent fishing. Within 10 minutes drive are several beaches and a few local surfing spots. And the beautiful oceans beach is an easy half hour from here.
Napier, Hastings and Havelock North are all a short 10 minute drive from here.

Our home is small but comfortable and ... more inside

I'm living in a large old Art Deco commercial building in Central Napier, and I am gradually converting the upstairs into an apartment, and host regular small intimate concerts in the building.

I need help with a variety of things, so if you are interested, let me know and tell me about your skills!

I also have other maintenance work if people are capable, but mostly the work is gardening. I live alone, 5 mins out of Waipawa in Central Hawkes Bay, situated halfway between the Ruahine Ranges and the East Coast beachs. I offer accommodation and food. Happy negotiate any details.
