Here is examlpe put together by a volunteer of day to day job sheet.

Welcome to the Bredl’s Wild farm :)

If you don’t understand a task or if you don’t feel good about anything, please ask Cherie, Daniel or Zeb. There is never a stupid question!
Don’t hesitate to update or write more information on this paper. In nature, nothing is stable, same for this document!

We are a new accommodation facility set in the tranquil rain forest countryside known as Pomona. We are nestled only 20 minutes from Noosa and the wonderful beaches with some of the best views, walking tracks, and mountains to climb in the region . Our property is a relaxed environment with various activities that requires daily/weekly attention. From feeding the ducks and chickens and letting out and putting away each day to gardening and pruning and maybe some supervised horse feeding each day.
We do not have any children to look after! Ideally we would prefer people with traveling partners (Friends or couples, ) as we feel that they are better suited to our type of place and keep each other company.(We would also like that at least one can understand and speak some basic English). Please note, email us your HelpX details before calling.
But lets not forget our motto:
Eat when you are Hungry,
Sleep when you are tired and
Drink when you are thirsty!
We hope to hear from... more inside

We live on a standard house block which is conveniently located on the northern side of Cairns.

Our home was built in the 1940s and is a classic Queensland timber home and therefore requires ongoing maintenance.

We require help with a variety of maintenance tasks, gardening, cleaning (removing mould from walls and ceilings). It can be VERY hot and humid in Cairns in the wet season so many of our helpx find it best to work early (6am to 10) or late in the afternoon (4 to 7pm). I think the work would mostly suit a couple at the moment or 2 males.

My husband and I both work full time and hence we would love to have you come and help us maintain our home.

This position would suit non smokers only.

We require 21 hours per week of work from each person in exchange for accommodation, and meals. We are very flexible with how the 21 hours are completed across the week.

We prefer short term stays (a week to 10 days) as our accommodation is also listed on airb... more inside
