Hello volunteers!

We are a big family composed of Olivier 42 years and me, Vanessa 40 years accompanied by 5 adorable children: Baptiste 22, Elisa 20, Orane 18, Yuma 12 and Aiyana 10 years.
We have some time now to buy a pretty forest that we call "Utopiot". My husband built three small green chalets (conf photos) in which we have lived for three years. In this same forest, we plan to build our own house alias "the castle" (which will be a little bigger, in order to be able to house our small family and why not welcome other people in the other outbuildings !).

This project, that of building a wooden house with a roof terrace, began in the summer of 2015. In the form of a participatory site; We shared a great experience with the many other participants (friends, volunteers, young people, old people, children ...): an enriching collective moment, full of energy and exchange! The music, the good food, the drink (do not forget it) were present!
So we decide to take up this beau... more inside

Hello!

We need help
- to take care of 6 horses (Landes ponies),
- to make wood and to clear the undergrowth ,
- to help us put up fences (preferably advancing towards winter when the ground will be more loose).

On a small farm that we renovate and develop, we carry out an agricultural activity (breeding horses and production of our fodder) in an organic way as a secondary activity (we have our professions in the tertiary: computer science and speech therapy).

We have two donkeys and begin our horse breeding, a henhouse, a vegetable garden which we find it hard to find time to take care of and develop. Welcome!

We are interested in the learning and development of English and Spanish in particular, in conversation. But we like to discover all languages ??and cultures. We have a very open mind.

We offer a welcome with accommodation in mobile home (old model but accommodation for small or medium stays, with internet connection, NB: the bathroom and the WC are unusable ... more inside

Hello !
Our family will be happy to meet you on the farm.
We produce healthy food in the most natural environment possible : vegetables, eggs and chicken.
We have a garden with an abondance of vegetables and chicken in mobile houses.

We have prepared a caravan corner with electricity and gas for the stove.
Here lunch is a meal together, in the morning and in the evening you will eat quietly at the corner caravans with food that we provide you.
In general, the rhythm of the helpers is to come to help in the morning. In the afternoon and on week-ends you are free.
Depending on the season and the needs of the moment, we will go to the gardens, take care of the chickens, go and get the eggs from the laying hens ...

I have a 4 bedroomed house and garden in a small town with a very good very cheap bus service to the nearest city, Montpellier. There are some shops, bars cafes and restaurants in the town which also has a museum, cinema, library, (English and French), swimming pools, attractive scenery and a lake nearby for which there is a bus service in the summer. There are plenty of good walks around here with a few walking groups as well. I am about 10 minutes walk into the town. I need help with decorating mostly preparation and painting and a some D.I.Y,some clearing, also ther is some work in the garden which needs pruning and cutting back. Willing to provide meals and accommodation for about 5 hours of work for 5 days out of 7. Internet is available and I could provide English lessons if wanted. English and French spoken.

My husband (Keith) and I (Helen ... Aitch) have lived permanently in France since 2004. We live in an 'ex dairy farm' house and have about a hectare of land including a little woodland that runs down to the river.
The house has a history dating back to the Revolution in the late 1700's and is in the heart of rural Normandy. We are deep in the Normandy countryside and very tranquil.
Most of the land is used for our pet animals (mostly rescued), 2 donkeys, 4 sheep, 2 geese, 5 ducks and 4 chickens. We have a tortoise, 5 house dogs, 5 'garage' cats, 2 outside cats and 1 house cat.
I am vegetarian, my husband is a meat eater (and also the chef).
We teach English to foreign students during the school holidays ... ages range from 11 to 60 and they can stay with us for a couple of days or up to 6 weeks.
I am interested in art (and have a studio), ceramics, photography, animals, nature. My husband shares my interest in nature and animals and also plays badminton and football (March to ... more inside
