Sorry, I am not looking for any helpers right now. Best of luck in your travels!

G'day. Thanks for reading our listing. We are a family of five (kids 7, 5 & 2) who would like to offer a traveller the use of our spare bedroom in return for some housework and gardening and the chance to get to know you. We would also love you to join us for all meals and family board games. We are keen on getting out and about and there's plenty to do in the city of Bunbury and surrounds. For example we can't get enough of 'Gnomesville' (Google it!)and we love taking people out on our small boat to see the dolphins swimming all around it. Our kids are well behaved, it isn't a madhouse very often :) and we have wifi and of course mobile reception.
Stays of around 1 week please. We're looking forward to hearing from you.

We are a holiday cottage business located just 1 km from Pemberton. Ideally we would be looking for a couple but can be flexible.

We require assistance for the month of February 2015 and extending in to March if wanted.

Accommodation provided would be in one of our self contained cottages which have full facilities (kitchen, bathroom, BBQ, TV, DVD etc). Located at the main office there is also a laundry and wi-fi hotspot which are free to use. We are only 1km from Pemberton and visit the town numerous times a day so if you have no transport that is no problem. Groceries for meals supplied.

In return we would like 25 hours per person per week which can be spread over either 5 or 7 days. Duties would include general garden/site maintenance (ie raking, pruning, tidying etc). Some assistance with cottage cleaning (window cleaning, BBQ cleaning etc) may be required. Other general outdoor/indoor duties as they arise by agreement.

Porongurup is a beautiful National Park and wine region 45 minutes north of Albany. The Stirling Range (national park) is nearby. Albany has spectacular wild coastline and beaches. I enjoy bushwalking, swimming, canoeing, and am happy to do these activities with you. There are short treks up the local mountains with views over the ocean. There is a lot of starlight here. There are wildflowers in springtime. The weather is temperate, with amazing thunderstorms and warm, sunny weather. If the coast is a bit too hot for you, Porongurup is perfect. I may not always have time to show you around, but you will enjoy the area's natural beauty.

You will be staying at our family home. My mother and I live in a small, but comfortable house, with beautiful kitchen, and bathroom. There is a wood fireplace.

Your accomodation is a separate house which is small and comfortable, with your own kitchen and bathroom and wood fire. You will have privacy, and space. You are welcome to come in th... more inside
