We are a young family of 4. Joey and I have two young girls, Emi is 4 years old and Lily is 2. We are looking for some help with minding the girls and for light house cleaning as we are returning to full-time work. If you love kids and are patient and are able to work you are very welcome to meet us.

We live in an excellent tree filled area in Dublin City, with excellent transportation links for a 15/20 minute bus trip to Dublin City Centre. We are 1 kilometer from Dublin City University, 1 kilometer from a large shopping center, 2 kilometers from Irelands National Botanical Gardens. You would have your own private single room and have your own bathroom. The girls love to do crafts, love parks and playgrounds, and dancing and singing, and love baking too! :)

We are a very musical house and have lots of musical instruments and toys to enjoy. We also enjoy attending cultural events like music concerts/festivals, cinema, museums/galleries, travelling, and the beautiful nature Ir... more inside

Growing organically since 1981 we are one of the first organic farms in the country, nestled in the Wicklow hills we have sites of archaeological significance close by, we hope you can find your way to us at some point!

On our farm you can find horses, pigs and chickens, fish and forestry, all the root vegetables, some fruit bushes and even a few birds and bees! Our work is mostly in the horticultural end but we have some projects for ecological reasons - renewable energy and recycling materials!

I would like to offer accomodation for some help with fixing up my watersports centre and house adjoining it for the coming season. There's a Wide variety of jobs which you could help me with from; painting, sanding, repairs to wet-suits, gardening, Boat repairs, maintenance work, office work, advertising, helping with setting up sports activities/groups and much more. Hopefully you would get out to try some sailing, kayaking, surfing, windsurfing, rock climbing yourself if you wished to do so. (average working time per day: 6 hours).

The house is on the beach front or Stand Line in Kilkee, Co.Clare, Ireland. I have a spare double room and a single room available (so can sleep up to 3 people). There is an electric shower, toilet and kitchen with all necessary facilities available. Heating, washing machine also. You can cook in our kitchen which has all the amenities available for you.

Please let me know if this would suit you?

I look forward in hearing back from you.

I have horses, dogs and birds. I have an arena and quiet lanes for riding. I have a horse for driving as well as riding horses. I have a few vegetables growing and plan on growing more and planting trees. I am an artist. My place has lots of projects going on to make it better for people coming to stay. Any guest must like animals. I am flexible as to arrangements for guests. There are a lot of different things that need doing here, different skills are good for different projects and I can also offer English language lessons, horse riding/driving or facilities for art. I live near a beautiful village, the sea and mountains. It is very quiet here.

Small friendly family looking for au pair/childminder for roughly 16 hours childminding a week. We're keen couchsurfers and have hosted people from all over the world - hence finding out about helpx. Would need to skype first and if you have childcare experience that would be great! We live 20 minutes walk from Dublin city centre in a small house with a big garden, if you're a student or want to learn English, this could be the perfect place for you!

**Update!! Apologies if I haven't got back to you, I've been inundated with replies! At the moment I am busy looking for a bigger house, as currently the space I have available to stay in is a small converted attic, perfect for a couple of nights, but perhaps not for longer term. Anyhow I will put up a photo of the room and see if anyone's still interested!
Thanks, Zoe

This hostel is in the center of Dingle town in southwest Ireland, a scenic and lively place famous for music.
I am looking for somebody or maybe 2 people who would be willing to do some general painting and decorating during the week and cleaning etc at the weekends when the hostel is open.
I think a couple or two friends would be best as it can be quiet here in the off season.
We have a fully equipped kitchen and I can offer accommodation and an allowance for food supplies. I would prefer somebody who could stay for at least 6 weeks, have good English, are outgoing and like dealing with people..we do not have TV but do have wifi. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hello,

this year I am mainly looking for someone that would help me to keep the flat in order. This includes cleaning, sweeping, folding clothes etc... This is maybe a 2-hour per day 5 days per week opportunity. You will have plenty of time to explore and see the surroundings or do what ever you enjoy doing. I am happy to arrange a schedule to suit individual needs for example if you would decide to go on a 4 day road trip etc. There are very nice places on the Irish west-coast that are worth visiting.

Just to be sure you know, accommodation and food is FREE !!!! No cash will change hands !!!

About my place.

Ahakista is in the very rural south-west of Ireland. The next town, Bantry, is about 20km drive from here, The nearest villages are Durrus (8.5km) and Kilcrohane (6.5km). My place is right by the sea, facing Dunmanus Bay. There is a harbour near the house and a pebble beach. If you are up to hitch-hiking you are definitely fine to get to Bantry or to the next villag... more inside
