My name is Jess.
I am looking for help with children and household duties.
My daughters are 2 and 4 years old. Beattie (2) goes to childcare 3 days p.w. and Angie goes to kindy 5 days p.w.
I am a single working mother. We have 2 cats.
We have had an au pair from Germany, which was great. The girls like going to the playgrounds at the park or beach, playing games, doing arts and craft, music, cooking.
We live close to the beach in Mosman Park and the river.
I would like help getting the children off in the mornings (breakfast, dressing, preparing lunch, tidying up etc.); I like to go to yoga early before school some mornings at 6-7 am & then return to help get them ready too. Then, some days I need help in the afternoon/evenings cooking, bathing, reading stories, putting to bed, babysitting.
I also need help with housekeeping, changing bed linen, washing clothes, ironing, vacuuming rooms, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen and light gardening.

Porongurup is a beautiful National Park and wine region 45 minutes north of Albany. The Stirling Range (national park) is nearby. Albany has spectacular wild coastline and beaches. I enjoy bushwalking, swimming, canoeing, and am happy to do these activities with you. There are short treks up the local mountains with views over the ocean. There is a lot of starlight here. There are wildflowers in springtime. The weather is temperate, with amazing thunderstorms and warm, sunny weather. If the coast is a bit too hot for you, Porongurup is perfect. I may not always have time to show you around, but you will enjoy the area's natural beauty.

You will be staying at our family home. My mother and I live in a small, but comfortable house, with beautiful kitchen, and bathroom. There is a wood fireplace.

Your accomodation is a separate house which is small and comfortable, with your own kitchen and bathroom and wood fire. You will have privacy, and space. You are welcome to come in th... more inside

Private home with rooms let for bed and breakfast accommodation in the south west. Small orchard, chickens donkeys on the property. Most days we also see kangaroos on the property. We're within walking distance of town. Our main requirement is landscaping, making compost, pruning, perhaps building a gabion wall and some housework for 5 hours per day in exchange for accommodation in the house with meals. We would be particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has had experience building rock walls, though this is not essential. We have had Helepexers build a timber deck and we plan to incorporate a water feature in it. We have set up an aquaponics system. We enjoy socialising with our guests and our helpers.

We are a farm stay with four self contained cottages and also a working farm. We have 180 olive trees and about 5 acres of grapes/vines. We lease out the land to a neighbouring farmer who has his sheep on the property, but we also have some cows, Horses, an alpaca, lots of chooks and pet lambs. There is a 5 acre dam in the middle of the property, and we are surrounded by state forest. Helpers would be required to work for 4 hours a day - 5 days a week. They would stay in the house with us, have their own bathroom, and be fed all meals. Work would be mixed, some farm work, some cottage work, painting, gardening etc. We are 5km from Bridgetown, the bus stops there for us to pick you up. My name is Phillip. I have been travelling on and off for the last 6 years. I have just returned from 7 months living in Norway, working on a little dairy farm. I have done many trips, around Europe (mainly Scandinavia) and Australia. Will continue to do so, though now I feel pulled to build a little house to call home.

I'm here for the summer, autumn but hopefully not the winter and need some help in my garden and a bit around the farm. Work will mostly revolve around watering trees, gardens and possibly some fencing as well.

I'm trying to establish permaculture based gardens around a future house site. I have some small trees in place and more on order to plant later in the summer.

I have plans to build a solar passive straw bale house. Currently constructing a small shed to keep a few things out of the weather.

Being summer, conditions are warm to hot, along with a lot of bugs flying about.

I will most likely have to work, so you will have to enjoy your own co... more inside
