In exchange for food, accommodation (your own caravan) and internet access you would hang out with my kids while I work on some days/nights. Kids are aged 12, 15 and 18. Almost every second week-end my son goes and stays at their Dad's place. We need a friendly person who can help with some of the household duties e.g. cleaning, cooking, bringing in the washing ** There's always something to be done. I don't like to ask so you'll need your own motivation to look around & help out :) Please don't apply if you aren't going to help with things around the house !!!!!!
Over the School Holidays I need someone to help look after my son & to keep an eye on what the girls are doing while I work a few days & also on the nights that I waitress in a restaurant.
We live on the Southern Mornington Peninsula surrounded by surf & sand of the beautiful beaches, National Parks & scenic walks. There is a lot to see and do & it's only about a 5 minutes drive (or 15 minute walk) to the beach from o... more inside

Natalie and Nils, 3 year old Wolfgang Jack and another on the way, a cat and 7 chickens, living in a beautiful 1860s house on 3 acres in the Macedon Ranges of Victoria.

Lots of gardening needs to be done so I'd appreciate help with that. Weeding, mowing, pruning, collecting firewood. There are small jobs assisting our renovations, and the odd bit of cooking teamwork!

We are only an hour away from Melbourne, and a short drive from the direct train line with plenty of trains into the city every day. Our local area has many beautiful towns with markets, and lots of beautiful national parks and natural attractions. We have a lot of local bird and wildlife.

We're a family of four. Our son Malik is 12 years old, and our daughter Indy is 10. Indy has a rare neurological disorder, requires high level care and is often in and out of hospital. Because of this we have been unable to get much done on our farm.

Our farm goals are to grow all of our own produce, with a healthy and active lifestyle! We currently have cattle and sheep (for meat), some goats (for the fun of it - maybe one day for milk), chickens and ducks. We also have two dogs, Coco and Rex, who live outside.

Noelia was born in Chile, but grew up in Australia - she speaks Spanish fluently. Michael and the kids are Aussies born and bred.

We all love cooking and all things about food. Michael and Malik love off-road motorcycling. We love to travel, as much as is possible for us. Noelia likes to make stuff (knitting, pottery and other crafts) and Michael likes camping and doing blokey stuff, and used to be a marathon runner.

We live in a very hilly, beautiful part of Sou... more inside

We have a rural property that we like to spend a lot of time in the garden in .We are both now in our seventies and find we cannot do the amount of work we once could so some help would be very welcome .the gardens are fairly well established but require ongoing attention the property is on a permanent creek and in a very pristine area with lots to see and do in the surrounding area. there is a cabin with kitchen /living area 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed and 1 double bunk plus a bathroom toilet its a bit rugged but clean and comfortable .We have. lots of general gardening work to be done such as weeding mowing whipper snipping etc. We are 18 K.Ms away from the nearest town and there is no public transport so any helpers would need to have there own transport to get here. This is our first try with helpx and we are looking forward to hearing from any one that is interested in spending some time with us

Hi,
We are a little family of 3 (mum and 2 children) living in inner city Melbourne (Balaclava) looking for an aupair to start with us from any time in May, definitely by May 25th until August 30th 2014.

My family are of Italian origins so a native Italian speaker would be great because we are planning to visit family (Treviso) next year and the children don't speak italian yet (I do), but it's not necessary ~ italian language is less of a priority than maturity, compassion and flexibility.

I am self-employed and a student. We have a really cosy apartment that is close to everything that the city has to offer; great public transport, parks, cafe's, beach ... great for young people and families alike. We love Melbourne and our local area is like a little village; it has everything.

I'm open minded and flexible and I don't need heaps of hours of help with the children each week. I'm open to negotiate hours and conditions around whoever applies if it seems that we would be a... more inside

Beechworth is a beautifully preserved gold rush town in the North East of Victoria. Beechworth is renowned for its bakeries, breweries/wineries and restaurants as well as its fresh local produce.

We are located 5 minutes from Beechworth. Our property is 5 hectares and made up of beautiful gardens, open paddocks and native bush. The property was once used as a bed and breakfast so is very well set up for guests. Accommodation is in a self contained cottage in the gardens. There are many great walks in the area and great cycling.

We are looking for people to help with the garden in exchange for accommodation and meals. Work will mostly involve weeding and cleaning.

Due to our location you will need a car.
