Dad and 12yo son need a little help with a few tasks such as feeding horses, painting, fencing if possible, house work and some baby sitting such as bus pick up/ drop off etc
3 to 4 hours work daily or when needed for room and food, wifi included.
Preferably someone or couple that need somewhere for a longer time as would like my son to get to know the helpers.
There could be some occasional weekend babysitting for extra cash.
References would be an advantage.

This is a small family run horse riding school. We teach Natural Horsemanship and run 5 days a week. We are offering accommodation and meals in return for 15hrs of work per week, or approximately 2hrs per day.
You must have previous experience with horses and be open to natural methods. your English must be of a high standard and have a Working with Children Check.
Tasks will include catching, feeding, and gereral care of horses. Possibly leading a horse during a lesson. No teaching will be required.
You will also need to be willing to do some house work such as washing dishes and hanging out washing etc. There might be other tasks required on the farm but these will be either low skill or fully supervised.
Due to our location we might be eligable for 2nd year visa approval.
We prefer someone that would like to stay a minimum of a month preferably a few if suitable.
We are on a farm so there is no public transport.

I have a house of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms on .5 hectares and I do some bed and breakfast and Health Retreats. I try to manage on my own but it is hard. I need some help with painting rooms, oiling decks, chopping wood, weeding the garden, spreading mulch and some general housework. In exchange I offer accommodation and meals. I prefer men as some of the gardening can be too much for some women.

I am in a temperate rainforest but close to the lovely little township of Olinda. It is a popular tourist destination and one hour and a bit to the city of Melbourne by bus and train.

Hi! My name is Madeline, I am 21 years old and have just returned from a HelpX in Alaska! My parents and I are located in the outer Northern suburbs of Melbourne on an 8 acre property, where we have 5 alpacas, 4 sheep, 2 Jack Russells and a cat. Our animals are all pets and we welcome Vegetarian and gluten free eaters! We could use some help with mowing the lawns, chopping firewood for the winter, gardening, feeding the animals and really just some company! We have 2 spare bedrooms in a large house so you will have your own space. We live only about 45 minutes out from the heart of Melbourne, so there are still plenty of stores close by and we are happy to help you with transport. If you are an animal lover and enjoy being outdoors then we would love to get to know you. We are open to experiencing new cultures and hope you are too!

We are 2 people in our late 20's with a young baby, we live in a quiet country town in gippsland about 3 hours from melbourne. We are pretty easy going and lead a quiet life.

We can have 1 person or a couple stay (there is only 1 spare room) and would like someone who speaks english quite well & can help around the house with day to day things, cooking, cleaning, gardening, building & maybe some baby sitting!

smokers are welcome but we only smoke outside.

There are 2 other properties that we need help with a small hobby farm (3 acres) with alpacas that requires alot of clean up work after fires a few years ago and another house that needs to be finished off (painting gardening and cleaning up)

So basically we would love someone to stay that could help with all of those things, being good in the garden and building would be great!

We have wifi internet access and cable tv available and will provide food and a furnished room.

We would be happy to take you around to... more inside
