We live in Exeter not far from the city centre.
I'm starting work full time soon and need help with looking after my two young children (boy 13, girl 9).
Lots of free time during the day but maybe needed for school/ gym pick up, some evenings during the week and every other weekend. Ideally, someone that can cook and speak Italian!

We are operating a small B&B we have children and trying to develop the grounds and restore/ decorate an historic farmhouse with 20 acres, a walled garden a river valley below.

We have decoration, gardening and building repair work required. Also some childcare,driving,cleaning and cooking required.

We are wondering whether a couple would be interested starting in May/June even through to September.

We are 1.5 miles from nearest village, 2 miles from train station 'UPHALL' (16 minutes to Edinburgh city centre) miles and just 5 miles from Edinburgh airport.

This is a smallholding in Moray, NE Scotland. We are about 2 miles from the coast (Roseisle beach) and 5 miles from Findhorn. There is a spiritual/eco community, the Findhorn Foundation, beside Findhorn that focuses on sustainable living and is open to visitors. You can walk or cycle from Bruntlands along the beach to cafes etc at Burghead and Findhorn. Roseisle beach and forest is a very pretty area of public land. You can walk or cycle 1.5 miles to Alves to catch buses to local towns of Forres and Elgin. Bicycles are available to borrow.

We are looking for some people to help plant a small area of native woodland on farmland. The trees are mainly oak, cherry, birch, hazel. We anticipate 4 hours work per day in exchange for accomodation and food. We have various spaces for accomodation, 1 room in the farmhouse and a static caravan with gas heater, cooking and hot water. it has its own toilet and shower.

This is a garden landscaping project

We are looking for a person who would be interested in landscaping our back garden. It is a small garden. It needs the topsoil removed and the garden turned in to a patio with some raised beds. We have a small green house that has already been assembled but it needs to be positioned and the glass inserted. You would be involved in the concept and design as well as transforming the garden.

Hi Helpers! We are looking for helpers to assist in building a new barn, no experience necessary, just strength and a practical nature :)

We can offer a stay in our Tudor cottage built in 1620,on a rural small holding with breathtaking scenery in historic Mid Wales. We have a passion for Spanish horses (Andalusian) and we also run an electrical contractors business. we consider ourselves to be laid back and fun loving!
We are looking for approx 4 hours per day in return for all meals and own room. Of course this can be flexible to suit mutual requirements.You can spend your time walking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, rock climbing, bird watching. ! We will be looking for someone who has skill and experience with building, carpentry and DIY. The opportunity is available form now until 25 April.

We are an international centre for the study and practice of Tibetan Buddhism in the UK. The Centre is run by volunteers. Lindholme Hall is situated in the centre of Lindholme Island, a 180 acre estate which lies in the heart of the Hatfield Moor National Nature reserve.

Gomde is a perfect environment for study, reflection and meditation; We eat mainly vegetarian food and have our own small organic vegetable garden; So anyone who is interested in community life and meditation would benefit from this place.

Helpers could stay in a bedroom in a wing of the house. We ask for 7.5 hours work on 5 days a week in return for all meals, accommodation and access to all the resources in Gomde (library, meditation hall etc).

References are essential, either personal or employment if you do have previous Helpx experience.

We are a family-run, eco-friendly purpose-built backpacker hostel opened in 2014. The hostel has 2 six berth rooms & 2 four berth rooms, all en suite.
