We are a small but expanding organic permaculture market garden and orchard. Our farm lies between two world heritage listed national parks in the Gold Coast hinterland. There are lovely swimming holes on the property with bushwalking trails close by. Gold Coast beaches are 50 minutes away, with Brisbane and Byron Bay 90 minutes away. We are about 30 minutes from trains, buses and trams and we head off to town there weekly.

We grow a wide variety of fruits and vegetables so the work which needs to be done involves planting, picking, packing, weeding, looking after the chickens, bed preparation, mulching, general farm work , mowing, composting and brewing and applying compost teas.

Accommodation is provided in a 4 bedroom bunkhouse with separate kitchen and common room, laundry and bathroom, free WiFi.

We are vegetarian (the cattle we have are only used for lawnmowing and fertiliser production) and would prefer helpers who are non-smoking. We grow most of our own food and ... more inside

We are a home-schooling family with a lovely dog, living in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane in a large suburban property. I also run a tech startup, so our lives are very busy. We have just moved to a big house with lots of space and a huge garden, and pool close to public transport, so wanted to open up an opportunity for some homestay helx folks to spend a little time with us. I have 3 active but sometimes loud boys, so this isn't a quiet house when they are all home. There are quiet spaces downstairs and in the garden, but this is no meditation retreat. :-).

I am looking for help with light housekeeping duties (dishes, laundry), and some gardening (weeding, sweeping leaves up and watering) in exchange for room and board, plus WIFI access.

You will have your own private room with a very comfy mattress on the floor, a desk, mirror and cupboard space (please note that this room has un-glassed high window openings to the hallway. If you want more privacy, we can set up a sofa ... more inside

We are looking for helpers for our 150 acre property based in tropical North Queensland, located approximately 10mins drive from Julatten. Surrounded by Mowbray National Park, and only 10 minutes drive to Kuranda National Park, we have a diverse range of animals - including tree kangaroos, cassowaries & wallabys, as well as many species of native trees and plants. The Mowbray river runs through the property, and we have 600m of river access. The land is rich in minerals so there is plenty of crystal about, with many fine examples of quartz, agate and other precious rocks found on the property. Our water is drawn from natural springs, and we have an array of tropical fruit species. There are two houses on the property operating on solar power.

The surrounding area provides much to see and do - we are only 25 minutes drive to Port Douglas and 1.5 hrs to Cairns city - within a short drive you access to the Great Barrier reef, rainforests & waterfalls, and metropolitan shopping & ni... more inside

We are a family of 4 - mumma, 2 yr old bubba, and 2 small dogs.

Looking for someone to join us for a week, or maybe more to help with gardening, walking the dogs, cleaning, reading books to my daughter, maybe helping with organising some of the chaos in our home.

This is someone super special who is in touch with their inner child and is happy to bounce on the bed, read books, sing, dance and generally enjoy engaging with a very happy and inclusive 2 yr old.

We are a chemical free, smoke, drug and alcohol free home.

Located 5 minutes walk to the beach in Labrador we are also central to public transport.

Having moved in about 2 months ago, I am still getting this sorted and would appreciate some help in creating a home for us.

If you have any questions feel free to ask.
