We are looking for a backpacker or two who are motivated and want to help us with creating an amazing environment for our dogs and puppies. You must have a passion for dogs and be willing to work hard to make their lives better.
We need someone now. Live with an Aussie family and work with dogs:)
We are located in country WA about 2.5 hours from Perth on the way to Albany with good transport links. We work 7 days a week as we are caring for the animals. Your time flies as there is always something to do.
All food and accommodation is provided. We feed you well and the accommodation is in the family home.
We do lots of different jobs including caring for the dogs, gardening, fencing, rockwork, painting, building and cleaning so you will learn lots of new skills whilst here. Training is also provided.
You have to be very hands on with the dogs so if you nervous around dogs then this is not the job for you.

This is an 11 acres farm that welcomes injured animals and gives them shelter, food and love. You can find dingoes, kangaroos, emus, parrots, ducks, geese, chicken, peacock, snake, fish, frogs. You can help to feed the animals and get to know them better. Have you ever wanted to have a parrot on your shoulder, hold a snake, be in a cage full of dingoes or pet a baby kangaroo? It's possible here.

We have been welcoming Wwoofers and Helpx from all over the world for nearly 20 years now, and we always need a hand to help in the wildlife sanctuary with the everyday tasks and projects. There is always help needed and work to be done. In summer it is very hot, not for the faint hearted.

We are located on the coast only 10 minutes away from Geraldton on the West Coast of Australia, 5 hours North of Perth.

We operate a unique diversified family farm that has been in the Nenke family for over a century. Today the farming operations continue with cropping of wheat, barley, lupins and peas. During summer our neighbours run their sheep on the harvested paddocks.
We are innovators and in 1991 we set up Cambinata Yabbies to grow, process and market yabbies (freshwater crayfish) to the world. Today we are recognised as the oldest and largest registered yabby export establishment in Australia and continue to buy live yabbies from a huge area of southern Western Australia.
In 2003 we converted our shearing shed into a function centre, complete with candlelit chandeliers and candelabras.
In 2006-8 we were successful in receiving a Federal Government 'grant for value adding in regional Australia' which resulted in the construction of the largest commercial kitchen in the region. This purpose built facility is now used for value adding yabbies and abalone, producing and marketing a range of ... more inside

Looking for one person or a couple to help with general duties in and around the house and garden and a little babysitting. We would like to have an organic veggie garden and other sustainable features so if you have green fingers thatís a bonus. We have not lived here long and have some grand ideas for what we want to create and would love input if you have any design ideas.
We are a family who want to create community and love having people come and stay and contribute. We have travelled and lived overseas and enjoy meeting people from different cultures. I am from the UK originally but Iíve lived here for 10 years now. We speak a few languages (I speak terrible Spanish) and would love our family to be exposed to other languages.
In exchange you would have free accommodation and food (or without food if you prefer to work less) in a house that is close to the beach and fremantle town. Just jump on one of our bicycles and ride down. We live here (myself, my partner, Layla (3 yo),... more inside

Most of the farm is currently leased to provide time to landscape and establish a garden and renovate the historic homestead. There are thirty five breeding sheep and three alpacas that need daily tending. I also help my brother who lives close by and has about 300 hectares and we have hundreds of sheep there.
Apart from care of the animals I need help with the vegetable garden, general tidying around the garden and sheds, and maintenance of the historic shearing shed and sheep yards. There is some indoor and out door painting available and the need to drive the ute over the whole farm and pick up old fencing wire, rocks and any debris that has accumulated over time. Of course there are always fences to fix.

I am elderly but relatively fit and young at heart and work hard. I just love it here.

The property is between Northam (a regional centre) and York, a historic small rural town both about 15 minutes away by car. It is an hour from Perth airport. There is mobile phone c... more inside

We've planted 1200 oak and hazelnut trees in 2009 which have been inoculated with black truffle spores. We hope to find our first truffles soon. Currently we're training a young Labrador dog, Maverick to find the truffles.

We're a family of 4. Elke (48) is a nurse and Bowen Therapist. She works at the local hospital and has her own therapy room in town. Sammy (18) is in year 9. He enjoys building model boats and his paint brushes. Michael (17) is our pilot. He builds and flies model planes. Michael plays the harp too.

We need your help in the house, workshop and on the farm. We're more interested in short term stays. 1-2 weeks. We eat healthy and don't smoke.
We like foreign foods and if you cook for us, we would love it.
Pruning trees, fencing, walking the dog, cooking, mowing the grass, gardening, wood working, cleaning or model building are some of the activities you might like to help us with.

We have a very nice guestroom with it's own bathroom.
We have big telescope. If so... more inside
