Beautiful area for exploring at Mt. Cameron and Anne Bay at North-West. We are an active Australian- Estonian family with 3 young children. We spend lot of time outdoors with our kids walking and exploring. We go to the beach most days and enjoy showing visitors around our special coastline. When the weather is right we go fishing or diving. Surfing has a big part in our life. We have plenty of fishing/diving/surfing gear and love visitors to use it. It is fun to catch and cook local sea food or simply explore the many empty and beautiful beaches in the area.
We don't have a television.

We are looking for keen and multi skilled helpers to…

-enjoy being part of family life and playing with children

-help in our expanding vegetable garden

-complete simple garden maintenance jobs
(mowing, mulching, tree pruning, etc)

-be flexible and willing to help out with
general house cleaning or even cooking

-use your particular skills in any way you can

HI HELPERS!!! WELCOME TO JOHN`S FUN FACTORY!!!
I live in a beautiful isolated Tasmanian mountain valley surrounded by world heritage rain forest and some VERY TALL Trees!(but not as big as the Hinoki trees at ALiShan in Taiwan!!)
Most of my property is a nature reserve, but I have a 2 Hectare orchard, berry garden and vegetable garden which are all useless! The possums, wallabies and birds eat most of these (trees included!) so we live on ice cream and chocolate biscuits instead! Please come and help us eat the biscuits so I don`t get too fat!
Oh, by the way, all the Wallabies are called "Skippy" and they don`t mind a bit of apple or banana occasionally.
I have been a host with WWOOF (Willing Workers On Organic Farms) for 12 years and I have had more than 1000(Yes!!!you read it correctly!) fabulous, lovely, wonderful volunteers stay with me. Many of them have come back for second, third…or even 10th visits!!!!!
Work can be really diverse including tree planting, mo... more inside

very scenic 5 acres of organic fruit vegetables and flowers only 10 minutes drive south of Hobart and 5 minutes to the centre of Kingston. We have 2 co joined houses on the property, we live in one and the other with 2 double bedrooms is vacant. I'm hoping to meet a couple or single that know about gardening and are happy to do 4 hours work a day, in exchange for room board and occasional use of my car.
Our family is vegan, we have a 3 year old, 3 crazy little dogs, 6 chooks, 4 geese, 3 drakes and 10 guinea fowl. We love the quiet life and we love growing all our own food and want to expand the range of fruit and veg that we grow.

HI
Four years ago we bought a 10 acre property on the East Coast of Tasmania within 35km of Freycinet National Park and the famous Wine Glass Bay and 10 km from the beautiful fishing village of Bicheno. Bicheno is the nearest service town with all the basic facilities. It also has several tourist attractions including a tour to the penguin rookeries well worth experiencing. The bus to Hobart goes past the door regularly and picks up and drops off 400 meters up the road at the Coles Bay information booth. (You need to check the timetable as it differs from day to day)

We are a vibrant mature couple who enjoy a challenge and so have taken on a big one here. We are easy going, accepting and happy to share our life skills with people willing to help set up a new venture.

The property has a smaller building that we started operating the cafe ice creamery out off. Just before Christmas we moved into our new building including a commercial kitchen and cafe. We also have an RV Stop... more inside

Hello, we have a beautiful home in Lenah Valley on 13 acres of bush and garden, 10 minutes from Hobart CBD and at the bottom of Mount Wellington. We are surrounded by nature and are a very short walk to bushwalking and mountain bike tracks. There is public transport within walking distance but having your own car is preferable.
Our family includes Nick, Leonie and our two children aged 12 and 9. We also have two dogs and a cat. We speak OK Japanese and a bit of French.
We are looking for help from capable people to help with our garden and some landscaping work. We like people who are independent and can work unsupervised.
Accommodation is in a separate apartment with a queen bed and it's own bathroom and lounge with good wifi internet. It would suit either a single person or a couple.
We have a busy life so are not always at home during the day but we always try and eat dinner together as a family. We all love food and cooking!

We have a mixed farming enterprise in St Helens, North East Tasmania. The area is famous for the Bay of Fires Beaches, and the farm is 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. We have a modern home. Farming activities include cattle work - feeding, moving, drenching, sheep work, fencing, irrigation maintenance. Local wildlife on the farm include platypus and wedge tail eagles. We would love to welcome travellers for short term work exchange.

I have free accommodation and meals in exchange for assistance. This will allow you to experience all the fantastic walks and beaches in your freetime. hours are flexible . I am also building a sculpture park within the Native gardens at the Three Capes property. I would really appreciate assistance with gardening, painting and general ground work. there are no specific skills required as we would work together in a team.
