We are a busy working couple on a 27 acre property just out of Albany. We both run our own businesses and have two energetic boys aged 2 and 4. We have many fruit trees and horses along with chooks and a vegetable garden.

We are doing lots of work around the place to improve the property such as removing old fences, building improvements and new fencing. The fruit trees need pruning, cleaning up around them and watering. There is also small amounts of other gardening to be done. There may also be some odd painting jobs. We would like a few hours a week cleaning the house and some time spent looking after the children. Depending on your experience and skills you can choose which things you would prefer to do, you can also fit it in when it suits you.

We would like people who enjoy the outdoors and are able to work independently. We ask for 2 hours of help a day or 10 hours a week in exchange for accommodation. Minimum of 1 week stay so we have the opportunity to share our li... more inside

Anyone with simple carpentry skills out there?
If you`re getting cold we have a lovely farm cottage with wood fire available.

We have had fantastic travellers from many countries on our Aussie farm in the last 4 years and all have had amazing experiences. Have a look at our reviews and you`ll see what we do. There`s a self contained cottage to use and plenty of food, meat and farm fresh eggs supplied.

This is a family run farm, we grow barley, canola and oats and run thousands of sheep.
At home we have 4 Kelpie dogs to work the sheep, vege patches and chickens, quinea fowl and peafowl roam the garden.

We use large machinery and tractors to plant and harvest our grain crops from April-December.
