Hi My name is Alex. I have a small team of Toy showdogs and show in the UK and Spain. I am based in the UK but I will be in Spain for the winter months October to March and need assistance. So can offer a wonderful Spanish location on the coast, walking distance to everything with own room, and use of pool. Very comfortable. Must have a love of dogs. Car driver an advantage. Good sense of humour. Help is needed on a daily basis to dog and house sit, with light domestic cleaning. Plenty of free time to explore Malaga and surrounding areas.

We live in the most lovely part of the Scottish Borders which we enjoy sharing with others. The Farm is part of an SSI (site of Special interest) with many rare species of birds butterflies and orchids with a Pictish Fort on the top land. We have a busy yard of horses for a charity. We always enjoy having a extra pair of hands to help us care for the horses as well as the maintenance of grazing, buildings and saddlery. Experienced riders would be able to assist in exercising the horses - the riding is spectacular and all off road. Food and accommodation provided.
Please see the youtube video below for an overview of what we do at our charity.
This link is to a recent TV programme showing both Equibuddy and life in the Borders. we feature in programme 21

We are a small homestead only a couple of years into this project, consisting of vegetable gardens, some larger-scale vegetable cultivation, and small orchards, with some small livestock (poultry, pigs). We also run a microbrewery on-site. We're in a remote part of west Wales in the rugged Preseli mountains, near the sea. Things we could use help with: farm-type work (cultivation, ground clearance, vegetable growing, animal husbandry, brush clearing, haymaking, chopping wood, fencing, etc), house work/renovation (it's an old stone house and needs all kinds of work including electrical, plumbing, plastering, rendering, painting inside and exterior, and so on!). We're also interested in building small outbuildings, such as compost toilet, sheds, roundhouse, greenhouse. Lots of seasonal jobs, lots of things that can be done at any time of year. We have two small children and could possibly be open to hosting someone to stay with a (not terribly small) child - please get in touch to dis... more inside

I would like to have a general handy person to help me with gardening and painting some rooms inside my small 17th century cottage.

You will have your own large bedroom with king-size bed over looking the countryside. There is a pony opposite who enjoys the odd carrot and apples off the tree in the garden.

I'm pretty easy going, work as a coach and career specialist so if I can help you whilst you are here we can spend time together. I also have a small complementary practice in the village offering Journey work, visualisation, and mindfulness meditation.

I value good health and would prefer somebody who also values and cares for themselves in a healthy way.

Non smoker and references are essential.

Where we live:
We live in West Cornwall above the picturesque fishing villages of Mousehole and Newlyn, with beautiful Cornish beaches such as Sennen nearby. There are also stone circles, iron age villages and Celtic Holy Wells all nearby.

About us:
We are a family of four. Both adults work part time - Gill at The Eden Project, and Seamus as a doctor (GP). Isla is 7 and goes to school in Mousehole; Silvie is 2. We live in a recently renovated and extended old farm house - there is still lots to do which is why we need your help!
We have about 1/3 hectare of land on which we have a poly-tunnel, chickens, ducks, a guinea pig and a cat. Animals may increase or decrease depending on local fox appetites and random additions.

About you:
We need help with all aspects of looking after our home and garden. Tasks will include gardening, decorating & repair of house, cleaning out chickens, building tree houses and other general carpentry, child care and generally mucking in with the... more inside

Can you help?

We are looking for helpers for between 4-10 days at a time. We can often give a lift back to London area at the end of the visit.

We are Pam & Glyn, in our 50's, living in a hamlet in South Devon, 10 miles from sea. Glyn often works away from home and I have ME/CFS so am unable to do much and so neither of us can really look after the house & garden properly. I am unlikely to able to socialize unless I am having a very good day, as I just get exhausted, so a single helper would need to be comfortable with time alone. I speak a little French and completed a TEFL course many moons ago. Parking may be possible for one car.

For You (Non-smokers, no pets)

A sited modern comfortable, but unheated caravan.Bedding/towels provided. Access to WC/shower/wash/cooking facilities in the house. You should be able to connect to the house wifi for emails.
