It is a large, old timber house in the village of Pilliga. There is a hot spring pool at the edge of the village renown for its natural healing waters. The aim is to make the house a back packers/healing holidays retreat. It needs painting and some building work. The owner is a physiotherapist currently working in Tamworth so lives at Pilliga part time. There is a lagoon walk from the hot pool back to the house and many scenic attractions in the region as the village is on the edge of the huge Pilliga Scrub. There's lots to see, scuptures at the sacred Dandry Gorge, Warrumbungle National Park and Mt Kaputar National Park near Narrabri. The host also has a cattle/timber property near Taree so she can provide the working visa and fencing work on that property. Pilliga is a great place to stay if you are in pain, the owner can also give advice to make your stay a healing holiday.

We are a Bed & Breakfast accommodation with a lovely home, cabins, camping sites and yurt, all located on the Tweed River and at the foot of the most beautiful rainforest mountain in Australia - Mount Warning. Surrounded by National Park and on 5 acres, we're a few minutes out of Uki - cafe's, markets and a pub and 10 mins to the nearest township of Murwillumbah.

Easy access to many wonderful beaches, 40 mins to Byron Bay and an hour to the Gold Coast. You'll be very welcome to use our push bikes to get around and we will be on occasion, happy to give you a lift into Murwillimbuh etc.

We need ideally a couple or two friends travelling and please note that the opportunity does not start until the first week in JUNE. We'd like you to help out in the B&B and around the property, mostly easy and light work such as stripping beds, cleaning decks etc and no really early starts, but very early finishes....giving you plenty of time to make yourself at home and enjoy the area.

Hi, we are in need of immediate help... Wa are a small premium Warmblood showjumping stud that breeds and trains horses for competion in Kulnura, on the Central Coast. 1,5 hours from Sydney and 25 minutes from Wyong. We have a super team of 4 people, but unfortunately our main rider broke his ankle when we were competing in Queensland and is on Crutches. Therefore we are alittle short staffed, and we are looking for a person who is horse friendly to help with manual duties such as cleaning boxes, paddocks and water troughs plus assist with general farm maintenance duties. The ability to do build, do fencing and be able to repair things would be a huge advantage! Ideally we would like someone for around 8 weeks as we have a couple of projects we would like to get finished. We can offer accomodation and food as we have a 2 bedroom house where our groom lives. Our riders stay in the main house as we live mainly in Sydney and my family only stays some weekends.

We are a couple working an olive grove of 900 trees on 2-3 hectares of the property - the rest (40ha) is the native bushland of the Pilliga Forest. Area is very scenic, with loads of wildlife, and a good location for trips to the Warrumbungle National Park. Tasks to help out with from April to July include harvesting of the olives. Area would suit those with interest in physical activity such as bike riding (cycle and motor) and bushwalking as well. We have both travelled extensively and have lots of tales, and would love to hear yours.

At the moment I am running the banana farm by myself as well as half a market garden at The Farm in Byron Bay.
Last year I undertook my Permaculture Design Certificate with Geoff Lawton.
I also pick and sell produce for other farms.
Expect hard work, good food, great company and an unforgettable cultural experience.
I want help to create a new way of working and living together, in harmony with nature and mother earth. Heaven on Earth can exist in the way we create our homes. H.O.M.E Heaven On Mother Earth. Fate has granted me custodianship of a small farm, lets show how we can transition into a more sustainable and regenerative farming and lifestyle through educated choices and responsible use of modern technology. I look forward to meeting you and making friends from across the world through this site, sharing my passions and my home with you. Thanks in advance ^_^

Give me a call or message me for more info. Creative, hard-working Earth Healers wanted.
