Our Pearling Base, on the shores of Beagle Bay, is 135kms north of Broome (approx 2hrs on unsealed road in 4wd vehicle) on the Dampier Peninsula. It is very hot Nov-Apr (our wet season) & quiet, but we’re still hosting helpers during these months. Our dry season is often called ‘tourist season’ because the weather is warm, sunny and less humid, Apr-Oct (Australia’s winter months) - but there are lots of visitors and many helpers looking for hosts.

In exchange for (on average) around 5 hours work per day (often you will work independently), you will be provided with a rare and remote place to stay for a while, healthy food - mostly freshly caught fish (catching the fish & cooking the fish are shared experiences), single or double room with a view (linen, fridge in the room), shared bathroom facilities & possibly sightseeing, fishing and freediving opportunities by boat, or onshore, & in addition, you can use our fishing rods and try your luck.

We are a farming family who's children have grown up and left home and we need some help around the house and garden. We are on 2300 acres, 35km from Boyup Brook and 50km from Kojonup, Western Australia. About 3 1/2 to 4 hours drive from Perth and 2 hours from Bunbury. We were owner builders of our house. We sourced a lot of building material from local old buildings, and picked up stones for the walls from the paddocks on the farm.

We have chooks, cat, dogs, at the house and we are a sheep, cattle, and cropping farm.
Need to down size and do a grand tidy and clear out of the house, hence also some painting. ?There will may be some sheep work as well. If job done well some money will be involved.
We are wanting help with mainly the garden at the moment and some house jobs. And maybe the odd job on the farm. Also, often some house painting.

We have a large garden area and would like general weeding, tidying, and reorganising of the vegetable garden and flower gardens.

Hello, holà, hallo, bonjour, ciao!

Are you willing to learn or know more about sustainable veggies growing? Does food matter to you? You don't mind getting your hands dirty? If so, you will be at the right place with us.

We grow many summer vegetables, fruits and grapes using various organic methods, a true foodies paradise.

The farm is a family run operation which needs all year long help with picking, gardening (including weeding), vineyard and winemaking and small construction jobs.

As hosts we would like to offer full accommodation in our tidy and well equipped caravan or a room in our home depending on the situation. You will also be able to share the picking of our organically grown garden produce, herbs and free range eggs. Generally we expect 4 hours a day but can be flexible with days off.

Please note that due to the new government policy regarding Woofing, we are unfortunately not able to sign you off for the 2nd year visa.
