MUSICIANS/VOCALISTS & HELPERS wanted now.....
CLEANING, COOKING, GARDENING, PLAYING MUSIC, are all things that I appreciate assistance with.
Hi, I live in Bundaberg city 5 kilometers from the post office, and enjoy having travelers stay here in return for help around the house and yard, gardening, mowing, housekeeping/cleaning, general maintenance, etc. on my 1000 square meter block. If you have special skills tell me or if cooking is your thing then you would be especially welcome. I love all kinds of ethnic food and can be flexible as to work and leisure hours. Please message me via helpx in advance, so that I may read your completed, up to date, detailed profile. Generally, I like to have guests for two or three weeks. Solo or couples are very welcome. Unfortunately I cannot sign for 2nd year visa.

Accommodation is in spare bedroom, also includes washing, use of bicycles, and other perks in return for 2 hours per day help. Helpers are to provide/share food costs. My house is... more inside

We have a 40 acre property located in the Whyanbeel Valley and adjoining the Daintree National Park and we are 25 minutes from Port Douglas. We have mixed crops, hay, cut flowers, rare plants, ducks, geese, peacocks and chooks. I am really interested in organic growing, permaculture, sustainable farming and agroforestry and apply these principals to the farm. We also grow a lot of our own fruits and veg. Our place is very pretty, lots of gardens, waterfalls, rainforest and freshwater swimming spots. Wildlife is abundant. No mobile phone service but we have wifi.

The work is mostly labour based and includes tree planting, weeding mulching, cleaning (outdoors), pruning. You need to be fit and strong and defiantly not afraid of getting your hands dirty or working in the outdoors.

I provide clean air-conditioned accomodation, all meals, alcohol in moderation. I expect 4 hours a day in return

Good English only please and experience is preferred but not essential

We live on a standard house block which is conveniently located on the northern side of Cairns.

Our home was built in the 1940s and is a classic Queensland timber home and therefore requires ongoing maintenance.

We require help with a variety of maintenance tasks, gardening, cleaning (removing mould from walls and ceilings). It is VERY hot and humid in Cairns in the wet season (NOW) so many of our helpx find it best to work early (6am to 10) or late in the afternoon (4 to 7pm). I think the work would mostly suit a couple at the moment.

My husband and I both work full time and hence we would love to have you come and help us maintain our home.

This position would suit non smokers only.

We require 21 hours per week of work from each person in exchange for accommodation, and meals. We are very flexible with how the 21 hours are completed across the week.

We prefer short term stays (a week to 10 days) as our accommodation is also listed on airbnb.

Hey,

Here are welcome the helpers who want to share a new way of life and their experience with us.

There is no paid work here, unfortunatly, no second year visa anymore neither.
You're welcome at the farm to stay in exchange of your help.

I've got a farm 15km from Tully. There is tropical rainforest with horse & 4x4bike trails in it.
There is also 300head of cattle which we muster with Ana, my partner and my children & move from paddock to paddock. I grow paw paws and we regulary pick them. My two young children are with me 5 days in every 14 days. The house is a modern open plan house.

If you are an animal lover, you will be happy, I have 5 border collies working dogs, 7 horses at the moment, 4 chooks, a cat, a fish and even pigs.

We like to do some activities during the days off or free time such as fishing, go to the beach, horse ride for ex riders or even begginners, go to the local swimming holes in summer or eventually go to snorkel, dive and fish to the ... more inside
