Please visit our "work exchange" page on the website for full details. Our four week wwoof program is ideal for those who enjoy giving service and learning in a beautiful, happy and natural environment. Work varies from day to day, but priority is guest service through kitchen, housekeeping and service duties. We also have work in our garden and large area of forest and tracks. Work is balanced with time for mediation and exploring the lovely environment. We look forward to hearing from you and finding a way to work together!

We have a lifestyle block just south of Thames at the base of the Coromandel Peninsula. We have a few steers (cattle), sheep, and a feijoa orchard (yum!).
Right now (April/May) helpers would be involved primarily with the feijoa harvest. Other areas could include help with firewood, gardening, repotting trees/plants, planting trees, housework and anything else that is happening at the time. In our spare time we love paragliding, and at the moment we are learning to ride unicycles!

My Lifestyle Farm is in a picturesque valley. I have a horse and the property backs onto Native Forest with a fresh water river for swimming. It's 2.5kms to the Tapu Beach, for swimming, fishing and seafood, Tapu Hotel and a Shop.

My daughter and her family live next door on their own lifestyle property.

I would like some help with weeding, gardening and general maintenance around the property for 2-3 hours every day in exchange for accommodation, outside shower and toilet, plus dinner by arrangement. There is a fridge & washing machine.

I need general tasks done, gardens, lawns and small amount of cleaning. There is no cellphone reception here but there is Wifi available for 2 hours per day.

We are an adventure tourism business running a regional rail trail based in Thames Nz.

Work is varied from customer service to cleaning bikes and baggage deliveries. Some IT facebook as well.

We have just had our first helper Max whom loved his stay and he recommended helpX he was a referral from an external source.

4 hours a day for six days and all food and board supplied. We eat and drink well and have a happy team to work with. Time could be as little as a week to whatever.

Happy travels

We have an old factory building housing artists studios kitchens bedrooms etc.Large outdoor area with organic gardens, views etc.
We can offer accommodation in this huge old building in exchange for 2-3 hours per day doing housework, gardening, weeding and general work around the place, sometimes help with art and photography projects.
We are between Thames and Paeroa so a car trip is required to get to shops.
Fairly laid back lifestyle. Quiet and private, interesting 100 year old building.
Short term visits OK but longer stayers (particularly of the Artististic type) preferred.
