My property in on a hill in a Dunedin suburb which offers a lovely sea view. In the house are only me and my cat at the moment. By car it is about 7 minutes to the centre of town, there is also a direct bus line which doesn't take much longer. Dunedin has many beautiful beaches and surfing is popular. It is also home of albatrosses and yellow-eyes penguins. In town there are great cafes and restaurants to check out. There are also many walking/tramping tracks around town.

I can accommodate 2 people and ask for 4 hours of help a day. Times can be flexible, so that you have a chance of free days if you prefer. Help needed includes maintainance work around the house and gardening, maybe akso some painting. You get some decent home cooked meals but also have access to food to prepare yourself.

Skilled or unskilled help around and with the house is GREAT. Other jobs could be in the veggie garden, planting trees, general section maintenance, housework or cooking. I am a professional singer, marriage celebrant, support worker, puppeteer and Cook. We want people who like children obviously!! We look forward to meeting you and you enjoying the beautiful area we live in. We would like a trial period of one night to make sure everone gets on! We are easy-going but we like enthusiastic, friendly people who can work too! You will be expected to act as a guest in our home i.e. everyday chores (di... more inside

We own a sheep and cattle property in Tarras and live in Wanaka. This time of year is busy on the farm and we are looking for some help for the week beginning 18 October. We are looking for someone who has cooking skills to help prepare meals for a team of workers and also looking for help in the farm team. Immediate availability

Tasks at this time of year will be focused on land tidying (ie - we need someone/s with experience wielding a weedeater/line trimmer/strimmer, weed clearing, soil bashing (that's largely digging holes and tossing dirt around..... really good cardio), tree planting, garden watering and a bit of harvesting!

WHO ARE WE?
Based a 5 minute stroll from the shores of Lake Hawea, we have a 3.5 hectare lifestyle block where we live with our 2 children. Grandad lives in a hut over the driveway and helps out in the garden as and when he can. Granny is tucked down the back of the property in her Yurt with her remarkably stroppy cat. (Don't get sucked in, it's vicious!)

We have one long term resident woofer with a very pretty cat who's more than happy for attention.

We have three resident cats at the main house and there is also a dog who is very friendly and passive but, will crave your attention!

We recommend not bringing pet mice.....
