Salut voyageurs ! vous etes bienvenue ici pour quelques jours ou une semaine ou deux ..comme vous voulez..I moved back recently to live with my 88 year old mum who is very active and fit.I am also still learning french and need a language lesson or two from you in return for a week' s food and accomodation free here. I d like an older person to come and share some quality time with my mum too. I have traveled a bit in France with helpx exchanges so I am familiar with how it works .I am an artist and this house is near the famous Rock of Cashel and Holycross Abbey right in the middle of Ireland .This homestay would suit a more patient mature person who likes older people rather than an person who seeks distractions or crazy activities ..if you know what I mean.A bientôt..

Hi!

We are a lovely fun loving family in Ireland and we love having company and friends to stay. We have had Au Pairs, students etc through the years and have had only wonderful experiences.

We have 3 children, Emily 6, Marcella 5 and Eddie 3. We are looking for someone who could give us a dig out with general house duties, gardening and occasionally looking after our kids.

We also.have a pony, two dogs and some chickens.

The exchange is max 25 hours per week, any additional hours, if it suits, we will pay you for. We get away most weekends to places of local interest, Glendalough, Castlecomer, the beach etc so it will be an opportunity for you to explore local attractions.
We would also welcome anyone who would like to dodgardening some vegetable gardening! We have a vegetable patch under construction and would like to get started on it ASAP!

We enjoy a glass of wine, are relaxed and a bit of Craic! We can send you references from previous au pairs if you want... more inside

My name is Christine, and I am an Artist with over 20 years of experience in Pottery and Teaching.
I could do with help for some clearing and carpentry work. Fixing an out building and cutting grass.
It's in a rural area, and about 3 miles outside a small town. There is wood cutting and storage organisation for winter heat. Also build a patio for barbecue perhaps some painting of buildings too. This would be ideal for a more mature person or couple with some experience in these fields of work. There are bikes you can use in your spare time to explore the countryside and tourist attractions.
The work would be 4 to 5 hours a day.
In exchange for the work, you will have a bed, meals and a hot shower plus wifi

Hi there,
I have previously been a helper myself. My soon to be husband and I travelled a lot and did much volunteering in Spain and Thailand :) So trust me we know what it is like!

We are really grateful that you are reading this.

THIS IS WHY WE NEED HELP: Last year while working away in Spain we found out we were soon to have our first baby. (WOW) yeah... so we decided that once we finished our work contract we would return to Ireland where I am from to raise Alice (who has since been born) Michal is Slovak... side note.

I inherited a house from my grandmother who I can gladly say is still living and this house is where we would like to live in the future.

It needs some work though... clearing out all the furniture. Opening up the path with a trimmer. Basically stripping the house to a skeleton hehe! This is not difficult work per say but we would be there too helping, laughing and chatting!

We also have a mobile home that is out the front o... more inside

A family of four (1 away college) with an an acre of garden. On the Wild Atlantic way, which needs structure and pruning and general upkeep for a short time during September.

There is no heavy work involved and any jobs with me are weather permitting. We have a polytunnel for tomatoes etc some ducks two goats and chickens on the way.

Basically I just need help. Would suit girl 20's as we have a daughter. Would suit someone starting off or getting ready to return home relaxed. You will be made welcome. We like cooking in the evenings. If we were asked for a preference country we would say Spain as we go there. Non smoker.

I am a textile / graphic designer and so maybe you prefer textile / design / SEO / instead.
