I live in south Birmingham and I would like some assistance with graphics, video , developing my photography skills, website design and social media in order to get my business up and running here.
I have an allotment which needs digging over before the winter too. It is in a beautiful spot 5 mins walk from the house and could use some help there too
This area is beautiful and green although we are located in a major city. Bus route just outside the door to central Birmingham, Stratford is 15 miles away. Lots to see and do here, Birmingham is an exciting, vibrant and friendly city.

This is a homestay in Hampshire, surrounded by open countryside and with a large garden. Please note that this year, the only remaining opportunities for Helpxers are in October and November 2018. It would ideally suit someone who is open-minded and aged around 18 to 40.

My name`s Anthony; born in the UK in the 1950s I moved from London to Hampshire in October 2014. There is a variety of work to do here. When the weather is good enough we will be looking after the garden; clearing the weeds, tending the vegetable patch, building fences, chopping wood, cutting the grass, raking up the leaves, planting shrubs and trimming hedges. Inside the house there will be general cleaning and helping to prepare meals. Usually we would work as a team but it helps if you can self-motivate and work alone sometimes.

You have your own room and all meals provided, in return for just a few hours of work on five days a week; plenty of free time each day and days off to go to London or other places.... more inside

My 2 children (age 16 & 17), 9 hens & I live in a 5 bedroom house (building site) with a large garden & lovely views. We need someone to help with the weeding and other gardening when the weather is fine & do some housework and DIY when it's not. If you have any skills in painting & decorating, we could really use them right now. In return you'll have your own room and be well fed as we love cooking and baking!

You will need to be fit & strong, like hard work & preferably know the difference between a weed & a (wanted) plant. A good dash of common sense will also go a long way. Must be a non smoker & I am afraid that I cannot host vegans. Either a single person or a couple is welcome.

Working hours would be around 4-5 hours a day, 6 days a week but this is very negotiable. Work will usually be alone unless it is the school holidays or after my working hours however I work from home so I will always be around if you have any questions or need any help.

We live 10 minutes... more inside

I am a retired English teacher with an interest in all things organic. I have built a straw bale house in my garden, I keep bees and run a Community Orchard. I am looking for a native Spanish speaker with a good accent to speak Spanish to my grandchildren, who live down the road from me. They are 2 and 5. I will also like some help around the house and garden, to be arranged for mutual convenience.
In return I will help the volunteer to improve their English, I have a good clear accent. The volunteer will live as my family and we will have a great time .

At the moment I have no spaces until September.

MGWe also have a seaside apartmen very close to a surfing beach, which you can see in the photos. The first two photos show our Wakefield garden. The dog belongs to my daughter but does spend lots of time with us.

The photos at the end are of the volunteers bedroom and bathroom.

We are a small, eco-friendly glamping site on the border of Devon and Cornwall. We are situated in a lovely meadow on a farm with views over neighbouring fields and the sea in the distance.

In addition to the site we also have a little cafe, surf school, yoga classes, massage hut, pizza oven and yurt cinema that bring us income/fun/relaxation/delicious food/amazing coffee.

Situated on the North Devon coast we are a short car journey or (a slightly longer) cycle ride to some spectacular surfing beaches with dramatic cliffs and waterfalls.

The farm family includes Hannah who is a yoga instructor and master creator of cakes and Simon who is a sourdough baker and chef extraordinaire. They run the site with me, and have the smiliest six month year-old child and a little King Charles cavalier spaniel called Lola.

Andy and his wife Kat who own the site live next door and have a few animals including goats, pigs, chickens and ducks plus an Italian Spinoni call... more inside

NO HELPERS REQUIRED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

I live in a 200 year old converted barn in a small village in NW Cambridgeshire. As I am now a pensioner I require some help to maintain the building, inside and out.
I've had10 excellent helpers during the last 3 summers 2015-2017 and it was a great experience for all of us therefore willing to take more helpers in 2018.
The work would suit fit people, of either gender, who don't mind hard work and working at heights - on ladders. Preference given to those experienced in painting/decorating, gardening and general house maintenance. Tasks I wish to undertake this year are painting, inside plus some gardening. Work times and time off flexible to suit all.
In return I can offer food, accommodation , good company and informal English lessons - I'm a qualified TEFL teacher, now retired. You would get a single room and 2 good meals a day - I'm an excellent cook and enjoy providing/sharing good food for my guests. I eat well, preparin... more inside
