Minimum 30 years old.

If you are interested in helping in the kitchen in the evenings, do cleaning chores, help with general things and want to stay for at least 2 weeks on the Mexican Caribbean beach in exchange for help – This might be it.
We are situated "off the grid" on the Costa Maya beach, 5 km south of Mahahual town, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
The Costa Maya is still a very natural environment with the 2nd largest barrier reef in front and a huge area of mangrove and wet lands behind.

With the two of us we run a small cozy restaurant, open in the evenings where our international guests come and enjoy a freshly prepared meal and good company.

Further more we have 2 rental units in our flower-full garden.

Our place runs fully on solar and wind power plus we catch our own rainwater.

Your main thing to do will be kitchen prep/help, maintenance or cleaning the property like raking the yard/beach and whatever surprise we encounter that day.

If you speak Dutch, G... more inside

There are also facilities throughout our neighborhood, and it is way cheaper than on Zicatela beach.

Our goal is to provide our volunteers and guests with an amazing experience, either relaxing in our wonderful pool or partying like a rock star in our party bar with our legendary wheel. Our property is landscaped with a large variety of native tropical plants which adds the feel of Oaxaca. Feel free to use our BBQ, play a game of pool and many other games, lounge in our hammocks, tan by the pool or explore the city. Remember that 'life begins at the edge of your comfortzone'...

My name is Victor and I have been teaching English to young people from my community for 8 years. I have a small school in downtown Tehuantepec near the market, banks, restaurants, and the tropical forest full of coconuts, bananas, and mangoes. Tehuantepec is located 20 minutes from the ocean beach community, Salina Cruz. I am located only a five minutes taxi ride from the local bus station.

I am looking for one person at a time to come and work with my students, which includes conversing with my students and teaching if you are able to. My students need more practice talking to people who speak fluent and clear english. I ask for five or six hours a day working with my students and in return I offer a place for you to sleep and one meal a day and a tour around the city to show you my local culture. You can stay for a minimum one week and a maximum of two weeks, but we can make a deal if it works out and you want to stay longer.NOTE; at the moment im just receiving couples

Hello! We are a rather charming project and we live in a small and beautiful mountain village in the south of Oaxaca, South Mexico. We consider our community to be made up of the few international residents and the local Zapotecs of the village. The project founder is of Indian-English origin (Anisha, 35 years old), and has lived in the village for around 10 years.

From October 2017 I have opened the doors to people who are interested in volunteering on a work exchange programme basis. We offer accommodation, firewood and the majority of the food.

Here in San Sebastian, the project (www.proyectoayachauite.blogspot.com) is passionate about finding the common ground between cultures, and discovering what we can learn from each other to deepen our interconnectedness. Where friendship, ecology, art, community and economy can form bridges

The project practices this via the following meetings:
- Regular presence, connection and deep listening with locals (the founder, Anisha ... more inside

We are looking for responsible travelers, who are open-minded and have a good work ethic, that can work as part of a team. We give preference to travelers that can speak English and at least some Spanish and that can stay for at least five weeks with the possibility to stay up to 8 weeks. Zero tolerance to drugs of any kind or heavy drinking.

The location is great. We are in a very pretty street at the heart of Roma Norte which is a multifaceted area. And even though the hostel is at walking distance from cafés, stores and parks in la Roma and Condesa, it is still away from the noise and hustle. It is also a few blocks away from crazy queer Juárez and Zona Rosa, and has easy access to downtown, and beautiful Coyoacan, UNAM, etc

If interested please write a short email telling us a bit about you, your prefered dates, whether you speak English and Spanish.

We usually organize volunteers one or max two months in advance. We ask for a minimum of 5 weeks commitment with the pos... more inside
