the area is a rough dry hilly country land. It's 10km along the Pilcomayo river with fish and wildlife. We are breeding cattle on a very extensive basis. I like to develop a gps system for a better management. Especially looking for people who can help me set up gps chipping the cows and bulls and calves. Furthermore there is much to do as fencing, finding calves and lost cows.

Greetings! I welcome you to my home and small organic business, a cafe where we serve delicious vegan and vegetarian foods. After nearly 15 years living in the jungle, close to nature and starting my own organic farm, I have moved into the charming town of Samaipata, Bolivia to start the cafe. It is located at the convergence of the Amazonian lowlands and the Andean Altiplano and is a very special place.

Here ate the cafe, we offer delicious vegan and vegetarian foods and all hand-crafted products made with love and a close connection to the earth. We are affiliated with other like-minded farms and artisans of healthy foods and products and sell their items in the cafe.

I live in harmony and integrity with my environment and invite you to share time with me, learning how to prepare wonderful food both in flavor and in health. Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us!

We took our first steps in January 2012 acquiring a plot of 124 ac. which we named "Freedom"; a space that will be used as diagnostic observation center and wildlife rehabilitation area.

"Freedom" is located on the left bank of the Beni River between the Beni and La Paz Departments in the Bolivian Amazon. It is flanked by two important protected areas, the Madidi National Park and the Biosphere Reserve and Communal Lands “Pilón Lajas”, one of the areas with the greatest biodiversity of the planet. In addition, hosts territories of indigenous ethnic groups (mean, ese’ejja, chimane and moseten) that strive to maintain and safeguard their cultural roots.

At this early stage the contribution of volunteerism is focused on cleaning the areas that will house future buildings, conservation boundaries and trails, preparation of bio-vegetable garden, the orchard maintenance (one of the few of income sources) and operations and care needed to ensure the facilities continue to function pr... more inside
