I'm Elizabeth and recently I have had some helpX-ers working with me in restoring the gardens, back and front. I now need one person with construction experience in building small walls.
Current needs are:
(1) building small walls around raised beds.
(3) there is also some garden maintenance needed including some lifting/carrying soil
Let me know which of these tasks you are interested in helping with.
(4)In bad weather I will ask you to help within the house.

The accommodation I offer is a room, with internet, and I would like you to work an average of 4 hours a day (28 hours over the week) Since some work is outdoors I need a person who is flexible depending on the weather. My helper will have taken English lessons and will have experience in understanding and speaking simple English. Please let me know how long you attended English classes.
I will provide your food, but since I am a notoriously poor cook, I will ask you to cook for yourself. I do not expect you to cook... more inside

The vegetarians are most welcome as I do not eat my own sheep. It is for the wool mostly.
I need someone to help me a little with the sheep but most of all to clean up the house where I live and to cook from time to time as if it would be your own house. 3 hours a day would be enough.
I am not into dating and lots of people on the farm.
No alcohol or drinking habits allowed inside the house. I am non smoker. No smoking inside the house.
I would prefer you to apply for one week and to see how it goes.
The bed room is very comfortable with a private bathroom. The house has been renovated and is very nice, with wifi and tv. Good heating and good hot water.
If you are a horse lovers so you can have access to the horses but you need a good private insurance.
I have one cat in the house. And lots of dogs around but not inside.
The farm is far away from town so if you would like to come and go, there is no bus.
Not a party place at all.
A place to relax, admire the view, to read,... more inside

We are a medium sized B&B in the SW of Ireland. We have two polytunnels and a permaculture garden where we produce fruit and vegetables that are suited to our local climate. We are animal lovers... 3dogs and cats.. Loads of chickens and ducks.. And 2 horses.
We would love some help with the B&B, the animals and the garden.
My second profession is holistic hoofcare for horses.
We offer lots of different experiences: gardening (plant production and organic vegetable gardening) and holistic hoof and horse care!

We provide a large, bright and warm room for helpers in the house. All food is home cooked and is either provided by our own garden or sourced locally as much as possible.

Need garden help for 1-2 weeks in September also 1-2 weeks in October.

My home is on the edge of a national forest reserve in one of the most beautiful parts of West Cork. I grow a kitchen garden with greenhouse and a naturalistic garden surrounding the house. It's an exceptional setting looking over an oak forest, with miles of off-road walking trails just outside the door, including the Beara Way walking trail. Glengarriff village is 1.5 miles away with a grocery store, several good pubs, and public bus access to Bantry all year.

I am single, and American and Irish. Because I work at my business full-time during the spring, summer, and autumn, I need help maintaining and improving the garden and some household improvements. I am always keen to host anyoneone who has experience using a strimmer or a chain saw. I also am an AirBnB host and sometimes need help cleaning and preparing the guest room, or taking care of guests.

I'd like 1-2 people, either a mature single... more inside

We are a small Bed and Breakfast House, with a wonderful location on the beach front. are open for the Summer months, as the Bed and Breakfast business and we like having a nice girl to help with the running of the guest house, serving guests, cleaning, dressing beds and general work, around the house. We like having helpers in off season to help with the garden, Poly Tunnel and other little jobs around the farm. We are very kind to our helpers and make them very welcome. Domestic work with some gardening and painting work. free internet provided and horse riding. There is lots of free time to enjoy the beauty of the island and the lovely beaches, the cliff walks, some fishing, or just relax and let the world go-by. There is a lovely Community Club, Shop and Library. In the summer months there is good traditional music and the locals love to dance and sing. There are two of us, Bernard is a fisherman and small sheep farmer and always needs help taking care of everything for examp... more inside

Room open from august 1st to suit a couple or a single volunteers .
Currently looking for helpers for 2019 with an interest in organic growing and marketing.
A small holding with emphasis on veg and fruit, also poultry.
Typical tasks are weeding, planting, harvesting, seeding, tending to poultry, gathering seaweed, composting, etc...
Many other chores that are atypical of a normal domicile with emphasis on eco appreciation.
Helpers will need to be able to cook for them selves. I`ll cook at times but other times I`ll need to be at the market at meal time so..I love to cook and cater but I also love to let my kitchen be yours and learn and taste new delights.
I`m situated in the country, about 8 miles from Shannon airport, I live alone most of the week and I have my son on weekends. I have a warm comfortable room for helpers, modern kitchen, WiFi, etc.. and I`m close by to a train stop and bus stops and I`ll offer transport that will help with any occasion.
Persons with experie... more inside
