We have 3 Polocrosse Horses that need to be worked for this years Polocrosse season which starts March 2014 and goes through to the end of August. We have good facilities for the horses and travel to the Carnivals in the South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales zones.
We have accommodation for 1 to 2 people, male or female to live within our home. They must be able to ride and handle a horse well and be prepared to travel with us to the Polocrosse Carnivals.
Our property is only 5km from Goondiwindi and a vehicle can be provided where necessary.
There is also general household duties and farm duties involved including cattle work, fencing, etc and general maintenance. Our property is near the MacIntyre River where we fish and swim. We are also close to the Water Park where we water ski.

Hi there we live in an old character filled school house in the main street of sleepy little Pomona at the very base of Mount Cooroora. I own a Massage Clinic which is run from the property. Pomona is a town located at the base of Mount Cooroora at the northern end of the Sunshine Coast. Pomona is 140 kilometers north of Brisbane, and approximately 30 minutes driving time from Noosa Heads.
We welcome all travelers that are handy in the garden / landscaping & cooking.

We are a small family run Organic Business and supply fresh produce to the Tablelands and Markets. We deliver to local business and provide a service next to none. We do not use pesticides or any other chemical sprays with our produce. We have a huge variety of fruit and vegetables along with herbs and native/exotic plants. We are young couple with two small children under four who have just started their own rural contracting buisness, which is based on cattle station in Central Queensland. Located 1 hour North of Rockhampton and 4 klms from the country town of Marlborough. The website included is our personal stock horse and a working dog stud, which we run in conjunction our contracting buisness.
We are just looking for someone to help out around the homestead and hopefully with the children, for a couple of hours a day/5 days a week. Short term. Just basic child minding while we work young horses. There will be opportunities to experience the working cattle side of the station but that is not what this position is for.
Good English skills will be necessary and a desire to work with children. Set amongst pine trees in the Granite Belt's wine district, only a short 15 min drive from Stanthorpe, Glen Aplin is a quaint country town. On your doorstep there are olive farms, bushwalking, restaurants and plenty of sightseeing to keep you entertained.

Mountview Wines' cellar door is just walking distance from the cottgae, The winery is one of the oldest and most historic of the district, and is the makers of the popular drop, The Bloody Good Red.

The property is 40 acres and overlooks both the Vineyard and valley. At sunset native kangaroos play around the vines to the delight of visitors.

While the accommodation is basic farm stay accommodation you will have your own bedroom , bathroom and a shared kitchen. The house also has a large covered deck area with webber BBQ at your disposal. Your stay could include hands on experience in a working Vineyard and Cellar Door.
