Hi, I need help renovating my place. I plan to reroof, refloor, redesign and decorate. You can help with any or all, if you have the appropriate skills. If you're an architect, engineer, designer, builder, trades person, or a PA/organizer that -can gently crack a whip-, I would love to hear from you.
In exchange, I can provide accomadation, meals, and take you to some of the local points of interest. I have surfboards, wetsuits, and bicycles you can use. Do you want to improve your English? I have qualifications and experience in teaching English as a second language and enjoy doing so. I cook reasonably well and look forward to learning new dishes from you.
It's just a short walk to the beach, a bike path runs along the foreshore and the bus stop is just a 100 meters or so away.

Hope to hear from you soon, John
