My husband and I are well traveled English teachers, with two daughters aged 8 and 10. We are interested in an exchange of culture and language and speak some Spanish. Our homestay is situated in the rolling hills of Korumburra in South Gippsland, which is a 90 minute drive from Melbourne. The acre property has a variety of fruit and olive trees and a large surrounding garden. There is an open planned unit that is seperate from the house, equiped with bathroom, kitchenette, living and sleeping space for 2 people. It's a short walk into town and is in close proximity to many tourist attractions in the region. A car would be recommended but is not necessary, as there are buses.
We are looking for some help maintaining our property. Jobs would include gardening, weeding, pruning, cleaning, basic home maintenance and even the occasional babysitting. We also welcome anyone willing to trade their skills, such as carpentry or horticulture. Helpers would be expected to work 4 hours a day... more inside

We are looking for someone to help out in a nanny/ au pair / housekeeping role. We would prefer to meet you before we commit to a long term stay, just to make sure we are all a good fit for each other :-)

We live in Clifton Hill , Melbourne, which is a great inner city suburb just 10 minutes train trip or 15/20minute bike ride in to the city. Our house is close to public transport, the Yarra River and Merri Creek, with lots of parks, walking trails and great cafes nearby.

We are a fairly easy going family who love being out and about - bike riding, kayaking, going to the beach etc etc. We often go away for the weekend, and you would be welcome to join us to explore beautiful places around Victoria.

Ben is a lawyer, and Inger works in the Environment sector, and volunteers at the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre. We have two kids - a boy who is 5 and a girl who is 3. They are fun and playful with A LOT of energy. They love to try new food and learn new languages.

This is a small horse property located in South West Victoria. We run a small riding school for people with disabilities (fb: All Abilities Equestrian). We work with young horses and have a vaulting team. We offer helpx opportunities to people who are experienced horse riders or have a vaulting background. I currently have horses under saddle that need to be ridden and given general life experiences, Canter transitions, bend and balance development. We also have three vaulting horses that need to be lunged and worked with every day (fb: Van Someren Equestrian Vaulting). We have a vegie garden and an orchard that need a bit of attention. Any help would really be appreciated. We are interested in hosting confident, self-driven people who want to be a part of a busy family life and love working with horses and people. We aim to show our visitors the local sites and tourist attractions. A good mix of work and pleasure is important to us.

Organic, vegetarian 3 bedroom home in a great part of Northcote, close to trains, trams and top cafes. We’re a busy, working family and would love help with cleaning and also in the garden - we’re particularly looking for people with building skills who can build a creative kids cubby house for our daughter; move the shed; and move the chicken coop. Our house is eco-friendly, newly renovated and quite large. We've got 4 chickens and a friendly, old dog. Guests will have their own bedroom and bathroom and we'll supply organic, vegetarian groceries. We've both travelled lots and welcome people from diverse backgrounds. We speak Hebrew and basic Spanish. Couples welcome - LGBTIQ very friendly house.
