We live in a really special part of the city close to the hills, sea and mountains. There are many opportunities and activties avaliable within walking distance from our home, such as sailing, surfing, swimming, fishing, para-ponding, golf, tennis, horse riding, the gym, farmers markets, restaurants, music, shopping, kiaking, canoeing, museums, art galleries the harbour great coffee, even seasonal work if your stay is for a longer period of time .... I could go on and on.... This is a truely wonderful area and a fabulous opportunity that would suit an honest single out going person or a young couple that would like to experience the beauty of New Zealand within a welcoming home and family life

It would be fantastic to have a helper that is capable with home repairs such as replacing a floor and renovating the bathroom. My car needs to have a radio installed and there are always basic chores to do such as cleaning, walking the dog, hedge cutting, fruit tree pruning in the winter, ... more inside

This is a sheep and Beef station that is ten minutes away from Culverden township in the South Island, sixty minutes north of Christchurch.
The countryside is rolling downs with mountains up behind.
Preferred that any visitors would have their own transport. Although there is a bus service "Hanmer Connection" that runs from Christchurch. (Collection is possible).
Staying at the Station will be an opportunity to experience the "real" New Zealand.
The jobs that will vary depending on the season. From perhaps helping in the sheep yards, preparing fire wood, planting trees, fencing work, penning up when shearing, helping with the horses. Perhaps even a few house work jobs. Short-term stays only.
