We are located just outside of Daylesford where we make cider from the apples we grow onsite. There are also gardens, veggie patch and a cellar door which is open 7 days a week.

Throughout the year we are busy and an extra pair of hands would be very welcome. This could be anything from planting new trees, harvesting apples, pruning the garden, picking vegetables, making traditional cider, serving cider at the cellar door or helping out at weddings and events and live music.

You would have your own room and would share our bathroom and kitchen/living space. All meals provided, and it would be lovely to share recipes, cooking responsibilities, stories of travel and more.

Having your own transport would be recommended but not essential.

This is a great opportunity to base yourself in the Daylesford/Macedon region with endless amounts of places to visit, food and wine to try, and things to do.

Working on a cider farm isn't so bad either!

We have a large house with indoor swimming pool set in 4 H with approx half bush and half garden. We have 2 bedrooms each with double bed and a bathroom shared between the two bedrooms for helpers' use.

We mostly require help with the garden - mowing, planting, clearing, landscaping, general tidying and visits to the local green waste tip. Approx 4 hours per day in exchange for room and board. Flexibility appreciated. We are vegetarians but happy to cook meat.

Our house is situated in Nicholson, which is midway between Lakes Entrance and Bairnsdale - we have lots of parrots and echidnas. Kangaroos are often seen in the front paddock. There is a V-Line train station in Bairnsdale with regular service to Melbourne and there is a bus from Nicholson to various locations. However, we are also happy to help with transport whenever possible.

Nicholson is a beautiful area in the Gippsland Lakes with abundant opportunities for cycling, bush walking, water sports and general sigh... more inside

Beautiful property in hilly forest area surrounded by a small river on two sides provides swimming holes and fishing (Victorian Fishing License is required). Many opportunities to work on the farm (approx 4 - 5 hours per weekday with weekends off) by building new duck and geese pens, renovating a granny flat, fencing repairs, putting in new fences, concreting, filling gabion rock walls, gardening, paddock maintenance, wood collection, wood splitting, some housework and assisting with our farm animals. We have alpacas, goats, sheep, geese, ducks, chickens, guinea fowls and quails so plenty of animal care. Animal care includes feeding them, making sure they have plenty of fresh drinking water and a clean place to sleep in at night. We also have a pet dog and indoor cat.

Lots of native wildlife to enjoy, wallabies, koalas, possums, echidnas, kookaburras, wild ducks and many other native birds, with some great bush walks. We will take you for night walks so you can see some of our s... more inside

Hello, we are little family needing help with maintaining and Building our home.
It a cute Hills cottage with lovely views situated in the Yarra valley Victoria in the picturesque town of Warburton.
I'm working towards creating a productive property with an edible garden mini farm and tranquil space for artistic practices.
At the moment I'm building fences and finishing studio, so any building skills are most welcome.
The Garden is in need of replanting and reorganise as well.

We'd love a spanish speaking helper ,as we are learning spanish - so if you happen to be a spanish speaking person who is good with children (I have a 3 Year old)
that would be fabulous!!!

So in short if you are able to either
assist with child minding and gardening /building or language share, we'd love to hear from you.
Children welcome

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Our home is on a beautiful property located on a hill a short distance above the town of Yarra Junction, with views of the surrounding mountains. Our family is Angela and Andrew, two lovely boys aged 10 and 8 and delightful daughter aged 5 years. Nestled against a hill, next to a state forest with a second to none view of the sea and surrounding farms, this isolated small farm, needs your support to grow a vegetable garden, pop up a chook shed and assist in the creation of a harmonious home environment. You will have you own room and there is also plenty of places to camp if you fancy putting up a tent.

From November 2018 we are looking for international volunteers who are interested in achieving the above. There is no public transport so having your own car is a plus but not necessary. If you have an interested in nature, native birds and animals then this place will surprise and delight you. The beaches and surf in this region are amazing as we are situated at the end of the Great Ocean Road, 40 kms south of Port Fairy. Looking forward to meeting you.
