Hi Travellers and Helpers

offer for 1-2 helpers in a Western suburb of Melbourne (Melton)- just 35 mins on the train to Southern Cross Train Station.

Easy access to Melbourne for sightseeing or for a swim at the St. Kilda beach (only recommended in summer though). Great place to recharge and explore Melbourne.

You have your own bedroom and you share the bathroom and two separate toilets. Kitchen and living room are connected and are great for hanging out. Outside is a sitting area planned in case you are a smoker and there is a covered area with chairs in front of the house. Of course there is a BBQ. Wireless internet access available.

I speak English and German. The house is occupied by me, maybe another border and my two dogs. The dogs speak only dog language but listen to all sort of commands like sit, down, out, eat ... She is a small 6.5 year old German Shepherd mix named Bella - he is a 4 year old German Shepherd called Lou who likes to sleep, watch TV and... more inside

Our farm is located at Merton in the foothills of the Strathbogie Ranges in North-East Victoria about 50 minutes drive from the snowfields of Mt Buller.
Merton is a small farming community with the tourist town of Mansfield about 30 minutes away by car. Three other country towns Alexandra, Yea and Euroa are a similar distance. Melbourne is just under two hours drive away. The area is extremely pretty with farms scattered among the rolling hills and the valleys. Merton village is very small with a few houses, an old church, one general store and a public recreation area that includes tennis courts.
Our farm offers a true piece of Australian rural life with more than 330 hectares where we have an assortment of chickens, retired horses, two dogs and a cat.
We also share the farm with numerous kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, wombats, parrots and the occasional koala.
We would prefer to have a couple. As payment for your work we are offering accommodation and meals. The work and... more inside

G'day - We're small and close family that live and work from home in Anglesea on the Great Ocean Road.

Kelly runs a book writing business and Cameron a Marketing business. We love what we do and the autonomy is worth the extra hard work in doing your own thing.

Our sons Samson (4) and Leo (8weeks) are good kid with lots of energy. New people are an exciting novelty for Samson and he has a lot of love to give for those who return it.

Our house is rustic with open beams, two bedrooms an open plan large functional kitchen and living area. We have super fast and unlimited internet and a variety of subscriptions like Spotify and Netflix that you can join our Family account on.

You will stay in our self-contained bungalow. It's modern with a luxury shower, kitchen and comfy double bed that doubles as a lounge.

Kelly uses the bungalow as an office Monday to Friday 9am-5pm so we recommend hanging out in the main house or off adventuring....

Samson has kindergarten and ... more inside

I run a business as a vegetarian cook at meditation centres. I need help preparing food at retreats, 4 to 5 hours per day in exchange for delicious vegetarian food and accommodation. The main job are chopping veg and preparing meals for between 15 and 40 people who are participating in a meditation retreat. The jobs and times are flexible, with possibility of days off to explore the area. The centres are mostly Buddhist centres, beautiful, peaceful places in nature. Would suit someone with an interest in meditation, yoga and a desire to learn to cook healthy vegetarian food.

I cook international meals such as Indian, Sri Lankan, Mexican , Thai and others and make everything from scratch. Accommodation may be based at the meditation centre such as the Atisha centre Bendigo, depending on the date available. Transport can be arranged if you don’t have your own.

Smoking and alcohol free. Food is mainly gluten free, and vegan with dairy and bread available.
