It also offers an opportunity to learn about permaculture and growing fruit, flowers and vegetables in a kitchen garden, a herb garden and an orchard. We also need help in keeping livestock (chickens, sheep and goats), and with maintaining a fly fishing river. Other jobs include logging, mowing and all other areas of gardening, plus buildings maintenance and decorating at times if that suits you.

If you want to learn or improve your English this will be a good opportunity as you will be working with an English-speaking team.
