It's spring and I'm busy in the garden. There are lots of garden related projects that would be fun to do with other people. I can offer private bedroom and lounge and great food in return for a one or two weeks help. If you like to be outside and tending plants and creatively working with landscapes then please contact me!

Description

My home is a traditional Irish stone cottage sited on an acre in a peaceful area surrounded by fields and hedgerows that are filled with wonderful mature native trees. The hourly chimes of the nearby church can be heard while sitting in the garden.

The cottage itself is around 300 years old and full of history with a number of my neighbours having lived or even been born in this cottage. It has been renovated and extended to include central heating, a modern bathroom (with separate shower and bath) and good sized kitchen.

Outdoors the garden is vari... more inside

You must be experienced and willing to work 4-5 hours daily during week.
Prefer non-drinking, non-smoking applicants. Must love animals! Ability to use a chainsaw would be an advantage.
Benefits of staying:-
Fresh air, peaceful and secluded rural setting,
walk in native unspoilt bog-land; close to fishing lake and river (15-min. drive);
Tai Chi and Chi Kung lessons on request.
