We're a fruit and vegetable farm 35km from Katherine growing mostly melons and pumpkins and some hay. There is also a second property right alongside the Edith River. Birdwatching, bushwalking and fishing are all close by to both properties with the Edith River property having it's own private fishing spots and there are plenty of pigs in the area to make for great hunting. A handyman/ farming couple with a self-contained van would be ideal.

Cattle station situated along the Mary River, 130 km from Darwin.

Labour required for odd jobs such as gardening, tending to animals, fencing and mustering (depending on time of year).

If you prefer an indoor role and have early childhood teaching experience we would appreciate some help with our kids aged 5 & 7 who are home schooled via Katherine School of the Air.

Shared accomodation is in a self-contained house. The station will supply meat and groceries for you to prepare your own meals.

No vegetarians please.

No animals to be brought on to the station.

Must speak fluent english.

Must have current Travel Insurance.

Would prefer 2-3 people at a time.

We can collect you from the Greyhound Bus stop at The Bark Hut Inn, Arnhem Highway, Annaburroo.

Our tourist park is located 13km from the town of Batchelor and approximately one and a quarter hour drive from Darwin. It is situated in a rural area on the banks of the Upper Finnis River. The park has lush tropical gardens which require regular maintenance and we are often extending or rejuvenating various areas. We also have a lot of general maintenance jobs that happen each year i.e. painting, spring cleaning and general labouring jobs. We would be happy to provide meals and basic accommodation in exchange for 4 hours work a day.
