Beautiful historic property situated in the peaceful community of Warburton. Warburton is found in the picturesque Yarra valley, on the upper reaches of the Yarra river, surrounded by lush, tall forests, at the foot of winter snow caped mountains. The community of Warburton embraces alternative lifestyles and sustainable living. A township filled with interest and people enriched with diversity.
Accommodation is a large sunlit private room with queen sized bed or a cabin with two single beds, situated in a family home. We are looking to share this space with up to 2 people.
Duties involve help around the home and gardens and with projects. There is a large array of jobs and tasks to suit a varied range of skill sets.
Projects on the go at the moment; planting at schools, building a pizza oven and some fundraising craft.

Hi there,

We live in the inner north of Melbourne, right on the Merri Creek (see photos). We ride everywhere.. Fitzroy 15 mins/ CBD 25 mins.

We are looking for a female to help with domestic jobs, cleaning, child minding, gardening etc from Mid March till June. We have a bike for you to use for your stay. It will suit if you would like to get an evening job also, or not.

In exchange for a happy, busy family home, your own lovely room with a desk, wifi and healthy vegetarian meals in a fabulous location in Melbourne close to cafes, cbd, public transport and the beautiful Merri Creek also. Flexible 20-22 hours per week/ We ask min. 4 hours/ day, 5 or 6 days. You can work in many local great bars/ restaurants at night only, if you would like, as our previous helpers have done.

We live on the Mornington Peninsula in Flinders surrounded by breathtaking Coastal Views where Western Port meets Bass Straight, South of Melbourne.

I manage a 200 acre property in Flinders which runs Angus Beef Cattle. We are seeking an couple either a husband and wife team or partners to help us. My wife, due to work commitments is in Melbourne and returns to Flinders over the weekend.
Jobs will include gardening which entails mowing, weeding, brush cutting, poisoning and chain sawing. There will be some household duties which will include house cleaning and cooking. There will be other jobs which will be instructed by myself.
We have a 3 bedroom roomy home- single beds and queen size bed available, combustion heating, amazing views, Internet and one 15yo Male Golden Retriever Cross.
Hrs will be flexible 4 5 hrs per day 5 days a week. Weekends free. Plenty of wineries, National Parks and wildlife, surfing, strawberry and olive farms and just amazing day trips.

We are a family of 4, two parents in our mid 30's (Che and Aaron) with two wonderful children, 3 year old Ella and 5 year old Elijah.

Our house is a large family home. We are very lucky to live next to a beautiful park and only a 5 min walk to Greswell wildlife reserve. Here you can walk/run, enjoy nature and see kangaroos - there is no entry fee, its free!

We are close to public transport and shops. A 35 minute train ride into Melbourne CBD or enjoy the local shops and some of the best cafes in Melbourne.

We are trying to live as sustainably as we can. We practice the basic principles of permaculture and zero waste on our small suburban block.

Walk the scenic road we live on and view Wilsons Promontory National Park and surrounding farmland. We are central to Fish Creek, Waratah Bay ,Wilsons Promontory ,Foster, Walkerville, Corner and Shallow Inlets

There are beaches and inlets and forests, cafes and galleries , to explore .

Wilsons Promontory National Park will enthral though we think the best beach in the world is `down the road` at Waratah Bay .

Live near the ocean, it is across the road!!!

Seacroft is an old Monastery which is now a farm and guesthouse on the Great Ocean Road. We can give you a very relaxing and spectacular place to live with amazing views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. Our property is between Lorne and Apollo Bay.

We are looking for a couple of people, or one person, to start immediately. We are also happy to book people in for future dates beyond that.

Beenak House is a large mud brick house set on a wonderful covenant protected bush property in the Yarra Valley. A wonderland of native wildlife, including a huge variety of native birds, goannas, echidnas, koalas, wallabies, and many more. We plan to turn the property into a centre for sustainable living, with natural fire protection measures, carbon farming and mindfullness training. There is always interesting work to be done and people to meet.
