Hello and failte!

* I am offering a double room in Oranmore, Co. Galway, shared with me and my baby.
* Our apartment has a view of the ocean and Oranmore Castle from the balcony.
* The apartment has high-speed broadband internet which is great for streaming & downloading movies.

* Oranmore town has 4 supermarkets, lots of cafes, thrift shops, restaurants, hotels, shops, a cinema, pubs etc. It's a good base to explore the west of Ireland, including the Burren and Connemara. I love history- perhaps you will like to visit Ireland crumbling old castles with me? There are lots of bus tours if you prefer to go solo. The cliffs of Moher are nearby, the Aran islands, Kylemore Abbey, Kinvara and wonderful Galway city itself.

* Both the bus stop and train station are 10mins walking distance from the apartment.
You can be in Galway City centre in 15 minutes with public transport.

I am seeking one friendly Help-xer to assist me with light housework and baby-related duties. ... more inside

This is an 18th century listed Georgian residence, set in tranquil parkland located on the Tipperary/Kilkenny border in the beautiful South East of Ireland.

We run a dairy farm of Friesian/Jersey cows in a spring calving, grass-based system where our cows live outdoors for most of the year. As well as cows and calves we have dogs, cats, a horse and a peacock. There is a lodge that is a gate lodge to here, which we run as a 4 star self-catering holiday home. We are only 20 minutes from Kilkenny city and only 10 minutes from the nearest town where you can get the bus to Dublin or Cork which make exciting day trips. The ancient medieval city of Kilkenny is today a thriving, modern capital that has protected its precious heritage whilst evolving as one of Irelandís most vibrant and enjoyable cities. Its narrow slipways, side streets and preserved buildings, are matched only by its reputation for fine dining, great shopping, and entertainment.

We are a family of five wit... more inside

The responsibilities are mainly childcare, help making family meals, light housework and food prep for the bus. The children involved are our two boys, aged 4 and 5, who are beautiful and bright, curious, kind, and crazy. We have set up a food business in a 1968 Double Decker Bus and the tourist season is about to begin...

If this post sounds interesting to you, please feel free to contact us. All references are welcome.

Needless to say, we require a strong work ethic, a sense of humour, kindness, and patience. All things we try to maintain ourselves.

We would like 5 hours a day, 5 days a week in exchange for accommodation in our home, all meals, and free wifi.

Our home is located in Westquarter just around the corner from a lovely pub/restaurant and beside one of the most beautiful walks on the island.

We are building a retreat centre in stunningly beautiful nature in Southwest Cork and looking for serious and enthusiastic helpers. Our magical property has its own pebble beach facing south onto the Atlantic, extensive parts of unspoiled nature and somewhat cultivated gardens that need maintenance. Our poly-tunnel is erected. Potatoes are growing. Several flowerbeds are growing. More organic vegetable and flower gardens are planned. We are still building; the main house and the large wooden meeting/activities hall with some guestrooms are ready. We have a delicious vegetarian kitchen which occasionally serves fish. Our cappuccinos are excellent.
It is a fabulous calming and healthy venue away from the world in the fresh Atlantic air; Mizenhead is nearby and also trips to musical events are organised. But diverse (gardening, building, cleaning) serious work has to be done first.
So if you, preferably, are capable of working independent/unsupervised, and if you want to do some sat... more inside

Visit us on Facebook link above.

We offer helpxers private accommodation in a charming restored cottage at the rear of our premises with 2 bedrooms, kitchen/living room and shower room with toilet.
