We are starting farmers. Since 2015 we are trying the improve the soil and creating a food forest /permaculture garden. We are very happy with the fruit and nut trees that were already here.
We are also building a holiday home in the barn and campsite facilities so we can share our beautiful garden and our ideas about sustainability and permaculture with other people who can stay with us.
We have two daughters, two cats, two goats, two pigs and a bunch of chickens.
We lived and worked abroad for many years, and still love to travel or meet different cultures here.
You can stay with us in your own tent or in our tent. We provide organic breakfast and lunch on the working days, diner you can cook yourself at the campsite kitchen. You work 4-5 hours a day, 6 days a week. Minimum stay is one week.
You can help us in the garden with planting, weeding, pruning, harvesting etc. Help with the animals like feeding and cleaning. During you free hours you can for example visit the beach (... more inside

Hi!
We are a young family, with kids ages 1 and 4.
During summertime (April-September) we run our organic espresso bar at festivals and markets.
Sometimes we bring our kids, when we are sure it's a kids-friendly festival. And some of the times they will stay at home.

So, preferably :) , we are looking for 2 people who have experience as a barista (or at least hospitality work) AND want to work as an au pair/take care of our kids.

At the moment we are signing up for the festivals, some outside of Holland.
During the festival we provide the entrance fee (obviously), food and drinks, and we have a tent for you to sleep in.
Transport to the festival will most probably be in our truck, unless you can find your own way up there!?
Before and after the festival you can stay in our house, which isn't very big so you have to be okay with kids running around and really integrate in our family :)

We don't have set hours that we want you to work for us. Usually it all happens nat... more inside

Builders & gardeners needed for April and May!

We are in our 2nd season as an eco hostel and it's really starting to come along. We have a permaculture garden, edible forest, composting toilets, an outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen, an adobe pizza oven and of course our animals. Since we’re an eco-hostel and a centre for permaculture, we focus on re-use of materials and are continuously building and improving.

This year especially we focus extra on garden development and building projects, so we could really use some handy people in the upcoming months, mostly April and May.
That means that you partake in projects such as building an outdoor shower, a green filter, move stuff around, do small repairs and maintenance, make raised beds for the garden, plant and sow, tak care of teh animals.
We re- and upcycle as much as we can, so for building if you’re creative and a problem solver, that’s a big plus. For gardening it's a plus if you have some experience in permaculture. ... more inside

This will be a perfect opportunity for a short-term cultural exchange. Specialized in organic farming and permaculture I think you will benefit in several ways learning how to grow your own food and herbs. You are helping taking care of our garden and interact with language exchange.I am a spiritual person and want to find my balance in every situation. It is important to me that we find a sustainable lifestyle and live in harmony with nature, all people and all animals. It is a welcoming place to spend some time. You're asked that you help for maximum 20 hours a week. We will also exploring the city of Maastricht and surroundings. Share cultural differences and learn. Help needed will be depending on the season. Food and accommodation will be provided for. Vegetarian cooking will be an option. Please contact me for further information if needed.

PS as I am a sensitive person I also believe in having crystals in my room for good energy. Like the Golden triangle from Amethyst, Roc... more inside

Hoeve Hildernisse is a historic farmhouse in the middle of a N2000 nature conservancy area. It's situated on the border of the Brabant sands and Zeeland (clay). We are not farming here (Except 20 sheep, 15 chickens, 1 dog, 4 cats, 2 Kune kune pigs…) In its vicinity is the historic city of Bergen op Zoom. Antwerp is at 36km and Rotterdam at 65 (by car).

On the yard is a little building which in former times was used for baking bread. Nowadays it has a little living and an attic with two single beds. This can be your place during your stay.

Things to be done: there’s always a lot to be done in the yard. E.g. clearing the space with the brushcutter. Working on the hedges. Housecleaning jobs.
Helping whenever we have guests. Maybe guiding excursion groups, BBQing, selling drinks, being host …

We have a big house very close to the beach in The Hague. There's lots to do in the house (mostly grinding and plastering/painting), some carpenting too if anybody is qualified for that. I usually do most of it myself but got injured in my back. There is a free bedroom and decent cooking for whoever is willing to pitch in for couple of days or couple of weeks! If you are qualified and/or willing to do more work we can also discuss about other form of compensation. Looking forward to some mutual helping!

LARGE, OLD CANAL HOUSE
CALLING ALL ARCHITECTS AND INTERIOR DESIGNERS !
I am English, married to Gertrude (my dutch partner) and we live in Amsterdam with our two young children. We have just bought an old dutch house over looking a beautiful canal in the east side (about 10 mins from the centre). It needs a lot of work and care to bring it back to its original condition as the old owners have not touched it since the 1970's !
Although, I have some experience in reform projects in the UK and Spain (where we lived for 15 years). Are you a builder or can you help with the design of the building and garden (both architecturally to make it into a beautiful and unique space and layout and interiors) ?
We have now stripped the whole house and are at the next stage of rebuilding. Carpenters, plumbers or plasterers all welcome. Or maybe your an interior designer or architect ?? We need your advice on new designs and plans...
Can you help me restore this great old 19th century Amsterdam ... more inside

We run a small-scale organic farm and permaculture education centre in the east of The Netherlands. We live here with five people, two cows, cats, geese and chickens. We are inspired to live and work together with the earth, to create a place where people can connect with nature. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated people who like to work hard and are interested in sustainable living. The work on our property is very diverse. In summertime, from march-september there is plenty of work in the herb- and vegetable garden and the surrounding fields. We work five days a week and will be happy to share that life with our wwoofers. In weekends we will provide you of food that you can prepare yourself. There is room for 4 wwooffers in our selfbuild straw house with outdoor kitchen and shower. And there is always plenty of room for camping. Feel welcome to come enjoy the beautiful and quiet landscape, the delicious fruit and vegetables we grow on the land and the company of inspiring ... more inside

We are Petra, Robbert and Doris, believe in a giveconomy (geefeconomie), creating a lively community around giveconomy and permaculture.

The totally renovated farmhouse called The Stream (De Stroom) is is our living and working place. I has a big 1 hectae garden (that doesn't look like a garden yet).

This coming year we are working on making te garden a permaculture garden with lots of fruit trees, vegetables, eatable plants and flowers.

We live in a peaceful rural area near the river Maas. There are three guestrooms with own bathrooms, a relax area, a big kitchen and a big living room (with tabletennistable and fireplace).

We could use a hand (or two) helping in the garden so that we (and you) can enjoy our garden already this spring and summer.

Focus is gardening, but also cooking, playing with our daughter (2years) or other little tasks (that you like) are very helpful for us.

Alignment is very common for us, so that we can live and work in flow. If you are r... more inside

SOCIAL MEDIA & FILMING
I need someone who is a videographer (that also knows how to shoot photo's) that can shoot with me and to run my social media accounts (only exception: if you are a great English writer/journalist instead of shooting video's).

I am spontaneous, yet modest. I have respect for other peoples believes and their way of living. I have traveled in Europe, the States and Africa: due to my mothers foundation. She is building her third primary school in Sierra Leone. I am very proud of her and her team, so I helped out a lot in the past with organizing charity events.

I am a dancer and I would like to promote my dance by spreading video's, blogs and pictures. This is why I need help on social media and marketing. I am open to ideas and suggestions. I most definitely am!

You will mostly be in control of your own schedule, because social media is running 24/7, (posting, increasing followers and interaction combined with shooting wit... more inside
