Dear helpers, I am sorry to announce that we cannot take any helper this year as we are going to renovate our house. Stay tuned!

We are a young family with three kids (6, 4 and 2) in South-East Estonia, about 80km from Tartu and 45km from Võru. We run a small hobby-farm with a more-or-less organic vegetable garden and small herd of sheep and some bee-hives. In this summer we are happy if you can help us with all kind of farm-work - tending the garden, helping to feed animals, repairing the fences, picking wild berries and mushrooms from the forests that start right behind our backyard, chopping and storing the firewood etc. We expect you to work about five hours a day and in your free time you can hike in surrounding forests, walk to the lake Lämmijärv for a swim, take our bicycles for visiting surroundings and get to know the traditional sauna customs. Our home is quite small but as an Estonian proverb says: lots of good sheep can fit into the same barn:) Sleeping is in one of ... more inside

We are a small family-based organic farm. We raise a beef cattle (around 45 cows at the moment) and horses (around 25 at a time). All our big animals live outdoors in big natural paddocks, also in winter. The beef cattle is so far only grass fed. We also have some mini sheep and chicken.
We are rising the number of cows year by year until we have around 120 cows in the main cattle.
We have two small children (a one year old and 3,5 years old boys)! We have a tiny garden and some apple trees as well. The area is very beautiful right next to Piusa river Nature reserve.
We are looking for someone who feels good in nature and around animals and children. You might be a couple as well. We have all sorts of different tasks for you e.g helping out with checking the fences, feeding horses, cooking, babysitting, making fire for sauna etc etc. If you have experience in living in the real countryside its great, if you don't but are enthusiastic and willing to learn, no problem either!

Hello!
We live in an old heritage village in saaremaa.
We have reclaimed the old school house and it's small yard. Each year we build some, grow some.
We are a family of 2 adults 2 children and a baby.
We enjoy alternative building and permaculture, yoga, and alternative schooling, food fermenting, felting, reading.
Vegetarian, vegan, welcome.
Our cooking is very seasonal, and minimal. No fancy stuff, it's just not our style. But if a helper wants to make something fancy, by all means, most welcome.
Helpers stay in a small yurt, has a matress and small stove. Toilet is outdoor.
We need help in our garden, and perhaps building, although summer months are largely dedicated to the garden.

We are an organic farm located in Estonia, on the beautiful island of Saaremaa. We have been hosting WWOOFers and helpers since 2007 with wonderful experiences.
We are a family of 6 aiming at self-sufficiency. We focus mainly on processing grain, for various uses including delicious buckwheat cookies! There are also fruits, vegetables, potatoes, and few pigs, as well as cats and 2 dogs.
Past volunteers say that the food here is very tasty! We welcome you to be part of our family and thank you in advance!
