We are looking for an English or Spanish native speaker who wants to help a little bit at home but mainly babysit, play and speak English to our children (11 1/2, 9 1/2, 6 1/2 and 4 years).

20 hours per week (schedule can be fixed according to your timetable, I`m not working). You have your own bedroom with private toilet plus food.
You don`t need to speak French, if you want to learn or/and improve, we will help!
We eat organic food, live in a nice area with a natural lake, perfect to hike, cycle,.. we have a cat, 7 lovely chicken, a giant garden and a dog.
I`m personally on a gluten free and dairy free Diet, this might be interesting for some people looking to go abroad but who have a specific diet that makes it more difficult.
We search for a big sister or brother. Someone who wants to share plays with the children and bring a little of abroad in our home.

Hope to talk to you soon !

Eco farming, building and tourism. !!!

I just returned from some time in Africa and am welcoming volunteers again! There's plenty to do on the land, making this place even more beautiful than it already is.

Work during the next months will be:
Expanding the area for the donkeys, creating a new water system for irrigation and grey water, building another shower and toilet. There's some fencing work for a new vegetable garden and orchard and much more...
During the summer months there will be many campers around, so during that period (June-August) I also need help with cleaning, cooking and taking care of the guests in general.

I am trying to vary the working days, so no one gets bored and to give you the chance of choosing which kind of work you prefer, so everyone feels comfortable with what he/she is doing.

More about the ongoing projects:
We still have an organic walnut plantation on the program! 4 Hectares (10 acres ) of land has been cleared, first job is a fen... more inside

We are a British couple who divide our time between the UK and our delightful home in Lower Normandy (Basse Normandie). We think the house (it`s really a fairly substantial cottage!) was originally built in 1837 as part of a farm, but it has been entirely reconstructed within the last few years - highly insulated, central heating etc. We are about 1 mile from the village proper and our nearest neighbours are fourteen or fifteen cows who munch their way through a next-door field. We are right in the middle of the Normandy battlegrounds of the Second World War and there`s a British Military Cemetary in the village. If you drive, it`s just under an hour to Bayeux, an hour and a half to Mont St Michel. Paris is a 2 1/2 hour train ride away from our local big town (Vire).

We are not taking enquiries at the moment, but in April 2020 we will need some help with the maintenance and development of the land and house. Diana wields a mean paintbrush and is Head Gardener, I (Kevin) am pretty... more inside

We have two self catering villas with two pools. We are looking for a single person or a couple to help and be a companion for my husband who has Parkinson's disease. This may include maintenance of pools, surrounds, accommodation , and possibly some household tasks eg ironing. We also have four hens which may need looking after from time to time.
The house and villas are nestled amongst vines on a quiet lane. This is a fabulous location with little noise apart from the buzz of bees. However our lovely market town is only 2km away where restaurants, bars and markets thrive. We have bikes fir you to use and there is a bus service.
Lac salagou is ten mins away where you can sail, swim, barbeque. Walking and cycling is brilliant and the wonderful Mediterranean is just over half an hour away. This is the largest wine area in France why not come over and sample life in the south of France. Airports are 30 and 40 mins away so it's easy to reach UK in 1hr 30 and other parts of Europe.
