Hello! Ciao! We are Resi and Vince. We are pretty new owners of 12 acres paradise in the making! We moved in in September 2016, and we are eager to give back to the volunteering community and welcome some helpers!

Our journey started in 2013, when we packed up our home in North Wales and travelled to Australia, New Zealand and Italy, mostly thanks to hosts. We have learnt a huge wealth of information, visited amazing places and make great forever friends*?????. We have now decided to give something back to this exchange community.

Resi, 45, is Italian but lived for over 20years in the UK before moving to Australia, thanks to Vince, 38, who is Australian and together we have settled in North East Victoria, in a lovely town called Beechworth.

As we mentioned, our new home is a 12 acres lifestyle block and is a bit of an empty canvas. So it is ideal if you like to make an impact and would like to be part of designing a new permaculture project. There is a bit of everything tha... more inside

Hello Hello

Hi there. I am looking for someone to come and stay at my home in Preston, Melbourne for 1 month (to begin with -possibly longer). I am hoping to find someone who can move in asap. I am also happy to start with a 1 week trial to see how everyone sits with the arrangement. Main duties will be picking up my daughter from childcare on Thursdays at around 4.30pm and bringing her home for dinner/wash/bed. I work on this evening and my partner works in NSW and so is away from Monday-Friday. On the other days work will include some cleaning, cooking and sometimes more childminding. The time when you work on the other days will be flexible and I'm happy to give you weekends off if you do a little extra in the week. You will have your own room and the house is in a great Melbourne location very close to the train and trams as well as being near Preston Market. Please email me with some info about yourself if you are interested. Cheers, Phoebe

Help in exchange for (mainly vegetarian but also meat based) meals and board in our comfortable, renovated bungalow. Tasks include: housework, food preparation, gardening, home maintenance and DIY tasks.

Breakfast and lunch are self-service, with a shared evening meal. Helpers have their own bungalow, plus the all important wifi!
